RealCall Avis 

Purchased the app hoping for good results. Kept getting spam calls and reached out to customer support. There is no phone number, just a text way to communicate. Several days later, they texted me back. Followed their instructions with no luck. Texted them back with no further response. Tried to cancel my subscription but found out I am locked in to their service for one year. Beware. Bad idea to get this.

Don't purchase this app !!! I am still getting calls ad when i try to reach out to customer service it tells me someone will follow up within 24hrs, as of now its been 2 weeks and still no follow up !!! Still getting calls and text and i have uploaded everything they advised ! Customer service calls or emails no-one back

I have had RealCall for a week and it does not block my spam calls. I have tried to call their customer service but they will not call you back. I’m going to go through my bank for a refund. Do not download that app.

Absolute pants - it worked ok for a few months but lately it’s been letting previously blocked calls through.
And that’s not gonna work for me.
I’ll find a better app.

App was garbage. There was no possible way for me to run my business because it was putting all my customers numbers as unknown numbers. Of course their website says 4.7 stars and then I get directed here to leave a review and they have 2 stars very sneaky. They have fake reviews on their website.

yeah this definitely doesn't work. I tried blocking area codes, like the app clearly says you can, but it does nothing. My phone even reports it as potential spam but it comes through. All the settings are on, i followed all the prompts to set it up, and in the end wasted $30. Don't bother with this one.

This was my 2nd attempt to use realcall-- fool me once shame on you- fool me twice shame on me and my realcall is a total waste
of time and money. Nothing has changed from the way I've been using iOS settings to stop robocalls and soliciting calls and VM's.
Please don't waste your time.

This does not work; and their customer service is horrible. They were unhelpful and rude. I ended up requesting a refund from Apple because they would not give me one - so I had to go all the way through the app to get my money back. I do not recommend that you get this - it does not work. I was getting over 30 spam calls a day and this didn’t stop any of them. It still rang through. Also, setting it up is confusing. I constantly set it up the way that they asked me to and it was lengthy and still didn’t work.

Also, I think the positive reviews are fake.

Cannot get a hold of them, continued emails and spam. Switched to robo killer far more effective. Scam is real call . Emails and phone do not work 0 stars

I have reset my phone turned it off, turned it on uninstalled and reinstall the app. I can receive phone calls from people on my friends list but no text messages example my daughter can call me and they call comes through. If she texts me it goes straight into the spam call. I had high hopes for this app, but if it’s going to filter out all of my contacts as well then it’s useless.

I bought a yearly plan , keeps on disconnecting me and now I go login and says there is a problem

Refunds are impossible. Doesn’t block incoming spam calls. They don’t ring but still show up on recent calls and overload your recent call list. Support is ridiculous. They give short uninformative answers and aren’t helpful. I took everything off my phone and changed all my setting back. Will not see a refund. Paid a lot of money for a one year subscription

I purchased the yearly plan for the iPhone I had and NOWHERE IN THE AGREEMENT did it say that the subscrption was only good for that phone!!! I went & got an android phone and they will NOT transfer it nor will they refund me the 9 months I still have remaining. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING ANY OTHER COMPANY because this one is UNSCRUPULOUS!!!!

I TOLD YOU.: I bought a rear ago. All it did was WRONG. I TRIED several times to get a refund. ($50) but got nowhere.

I got a "meet" call from an unknown number. I tried site after site of "free" reverse lookup companies. One gave me a 1st - but no last - name. 3 gave me initials. None would give me more without paying a subscription... for 1 number! Then I happened across RealCall. I put in the number and received the info I needed. Turns out it was from a Gov. agency - something none of the others bothered to mention. Only 1 other website got the carrier correct, none (including both white and yellow pages) tagged it as either a business or department belonging to the state, and NOT ONE got the name even CLOSE to correct! I'm using RealCall from now on.

Total Scam show.

I signed up for a 7 day free trail and canceled after 6 days. These Fraud artists still charged me $59.99 for an annual subscription.

This app has blocked several legit businesses that were trying to get in touch with me, and several also said they were unable to leave a voicemail. I will be going back to Robokiller, I never problems with that.

This app is GREAT! I don’t want and now don’t get the stupid calls that I used to get . I really don’t get the negative reviews?
I am a retired police chief and my number was out there and shared by hundreds of people not in my contacts and those I didn’t want of need to hear from ever again after 20 years !
I love the fact that I can adjust the factors so I can test whether the app really works.
It does and I highly recommend it , try it and use the different ways you can still get messages if you want them from those not in your contacts!

I thought I unsubscribed from this app when I Uninstalled it. U just sent me a message that my payment was denied. So I I didn't unsubscribe plz unsubscribe me plz.

I have been using this app for some time and I'm very pleased with it to the point that if it was an individual I would ask for it's hand in marriage. That is how great this app is
