Straightforward & prompt delivery
Straightforward & prompt delivery. Everything was well protected. Nice personal note with the parcel too.
Good old fashioned service that’s a rarity nowadays.

First Purchase
Easy to do. Speedy delivery. Wrapped well. However presentation box cardboard is too flimsy to hold the weight and the inside separating the glasses from the bottle did not fully hold the items in place during transit and is torn. This is a sham as I was wanting to give as a present and now have to use sellotape on the gift box.

Excellent service and gin
The parcel was in my safe place when I got home from work. No having to collect. Unfortunately one of the glasses was broken. I contacted them and they got back to me, straight after the Easter break to confirm they would replace the broken glass. Bonus...the gin was safe and gorgeous!

Once again, fantastic service! My Royal gin arrived on time, but as it was a gift to me from me, anytime was a good time! Very, very well packaged - have to say the "extra" packaging was very appreciated!!
