RealESALetter.com - Best ESA Letter Avis

Great and simple experience. Will be using again in the future if necessary!

From start to finish it’s been extremely easy and everyone was super helpful and professional. Would go anywhere else!

I originally gave them a 1 star review as I didn't receive my letter after 3 days. I was wrong. The letter was in my spam and I didn't think to look there. They reached out to me and reminded me to check my spam. I definitely would use them again. They are professional and legitimate.

I have used RealESALetter for two years in a row and have had nothing but great experiences with them. My landlord is very reluctant to accept ESA certification and makes it as difficult as possible for us. The people at RealESALetter have gone above and beyond to handle the forms my landlord requires. They respond quickly to emails, texts, and phone calls and have been very kind and helpful. I am impressed with how they handle the whole process and would highly recommend them to anyone requiring an ESA certification.

Professional and quick response

Everything was explained to me perfectly. Their communication is top tier. I recommend this to anyone trying to get an ESA letter or similar services.

Great communication with effective & efficient service. Highly recommend this organization.

Fast service. Very professional letter.

Communication wasn't the best experience. It made me feel like I was being scammed because I was waiting for updates and didn't receive much communication throughout the process. My ESA letter also had the wrong birthday listed, which was frustrating.

That being said, they did follow through on what they promised. I received my letter in less than 24 hours, which I really appreciated. They were also kind and willing to help correct the mistake. Overall, while the communication could be improved, they did deliver the service they advertised.

Took awhile after payment to receive ltr but happy new ow…

The first letter was great but when I realized I forgot to add my cat as an ESA the therapist misunderstood and took more time to come up with my ESA letter. Overall I’m appreciative of the communication they have and they are helpful when fixing the mistake I wish just it was a little faster

I was so relieved that everything happened just as explained. The process was incredibly fast—I finished my consultation and had my ESA letter in hand the exact same day. Submitting it to my apartment manager was a breeze, and the approval went through without a single hitch. I truly couldn't be happier

They sent me a letter from a therapist in California and I stated numerous times that I live in Alabama. They would not change the letter or give a refund. Alabama law states that the letter has to be from a licensed therapist in Alabama in order to be legal here!

RealESAletter was the perfect service for me during quarantine while i was unable to see my regular therapist and needed a letter for housing my ESA dog. The Support team responded quickly when i needed modifications to the letter and to add an extra form. I highly recommend it and it is fully legit, unlike other online services..
