AVOID!!!!
Won my Mercedes through Motorway with a bid of £6,687, then pulled out after asking for an additional walkaround video.
Their reason was stone chips being worse than expected, despite these being clearly visible in the original Motorway photos before they placed their bid.
I went to great lengths to photograph and declare every bit of damage to avoid exactly this situation.
Why bid on a car if you're not going to properly check the photos first? Complete waste of my time.

How easy it all was
Very easy process even for old codgers like me. The guy who inspected the car the car was excellent and he guided me through the DVLA procedure at the end. A very courteous gentleman.

Kind helpful staff and not pushy for a sale.
Went for a look at cars with no intention to buy as still currently had a car on finance. Spoke to Rob who was very kind and shared information regarding hire purchase. At no time did we feel pressured to buy a new car. However we walked away the next day with our new car.
Rob was pleasant, kind and helpful.
