Tom was great at being open to feedback and responsive to requests for changes or adaptations. There were times where he was engaged or busy with life in general, which is to be expected and he responded to us when he was back and able to work. Tom’s expertise really is the best I’ve seen. After setting up my logistics business, the one item I needed urgently was the website.
