Scam!!

This place is a scam! Everything was sent to them within the time frame. They claim they “never” received it and now the time frame has expired. This place needs to be shut down!!

SCAM rebate cards from 1800contacts…

Got two rebate cards from 1800contacts for $40 each. QR code to activate does not work. Tiny tiny lettering to go to URL sort of works, but doesn't show credit for each card, and only $20 for other card. What a joke. They are purposely trying to make it impossible to collect the rebate. Very frustrating. Will never shop here again. Good bye.

SCAM

I followed this company’s rebate instructions exactly, including spending extra to send my rebate form by USPS Certified Mail. USPS tracking confirms the rebate form is waiting at their Post Office for pickup, but the company refuses to pick it up. When I contacted customer service, they brushed me off with boilerplate answers and claimed they are not responsible.

This makes no sense since they required Certified Mail (signature required), but then use a P.O. Box address where Certified Mail cannot be delivered without pickup. It feels like a deliberate obstacle to avoid honoring rebates.

I will never use this rebate program again, and I encourage others to be cautious before relying on this company’s rebate offers.

This company is COMPLETE SCAM

This company is COMPLETE SCAM. Stay AWAY.
You won't get a penny. They cheat, lie, and will do anything not to send rebate. They claim your paperwork is lost in the mail. The system is designed to cheat. There is no reason for mail. They do it to steal your money and overcharge.

Definition of scam

I printed the form, sent it in, and never got my rebate. They claim it was not received, which seems in line with other reviewers' experiences. Even the one time I got a rebate in an earlier year, it took over 6 months. A real joke for sure. Nothing like stealing the money I was promised.

This company really should be shut…

This company really should be shut down. look at every review not one is more than a star. They told me to allow 12 weeks for my rebate after 12 weeks have already passed. rebate started back in beginning of May 2025 here we are at the end of July.

Never Got a Rebate After Following Steps

I ordered a few boxes of contact lenses with the promise that I would receive a $290 rebate if I followed the rebate instructions. I was skeptical, so I took photos of my process as evidence

After sending everything in, I never received the rebate. There was no response from RebateCard.com when I reached out by phone and email

If I see that a website is using RebateCard to process rebates, I will steer clear next time

Complete scam

Complete scam. Same experience as others, they claim to have never received the mail in form. Would never use or recommend Lens.com or RebateCard.com to anyone.

SCAM

The same thing happened to me as did many rebatecard.com and lens.com users. I ordered contacts via lens.com, sent in my UPCs and rebate form as requested and used a tracking number. They claim that what I sent never arrived. This is a total scam. Order your contacts from another vendor and don't trust lens.com or rebatecard.com, I'll never use them again.

Would give zero!!! But was ripped off by Lens.com AND RebateCard.com

I hope they both get the Karma they deserve and all those who work for them!!

I recently had a frustrating experience with Lens.com, primarily due to their rebate program through RebateCard.com. I purchased contacts and was excited about the potential savings, but the rebate process turned into a nightmare. Unfortunately, I misplaced one of the contact boxes that I needed to submit for the rebate. When I reached out to customer service for assistance or flexibility, I was met with zero understanding or willingness to help. They were rigid in their policy and offered no alternative solutions, even though I had followed all other steps correctly. It's disappointing to see a company that seems to prioritize strict rules over customer satisfaction. The lack of empathy and flexibility in this situation has made me reconsider whether I will continue to use Lens.com in the future.

I don't even want to give one star. Scam scam scam. Rebatecard kept telling me I had already printed the card but I had not. Kept telling me to submit a tracking number. None existed. Called lens.com and they gave me the same runaround,

I will never order from them again. Lost $100.00 on this
deal.

Rebate SCAM

SCAM...All items were sent in to the rebate center within days of receiving the rebate form, but they claim the items were not received and they refuse to fulfill the $290 rebate. They are intentionally choosing not to pay out in order to profit. BUYER BEWARE!!!! (My rebate was from Lens.com).

SCAM SCAM SCAM

Total SCAM. All the necessary information was sent for a $75 rebate from Lens.com. I received several e-mails from rebatecard.com stating it was received and eventually another e-mail saying it was on its way. After some time it never arrived and when I reached out to Rebatecard.com to inquire about it I was told to open up a case which I did. They had no information about me or the card which was strange since I included the correspondence e-mail’s from them with all my information. I was then told to contact Lens.com.which I did and also forwarded all the correspondence to them from rebatecard.
Lens.com responded by telling me rebatecard.com has to handle this! Wow, total finger pointing and a run around with no help or results. DONT BUY FROM LENS.Com as the rebate is a scam. Sticking to Costco as the non- existent rebate was not the cheaper option.

I should have read the reviews. This company is a scam. I usually order my contacts directly from biofinity and do their rebate, but I got new job and new insurance and tried something new. Biofinity processes my rebate and sends it out promptly. This place has not done so. Ordered my contacts in December 2024, they told me my rebate would ship by end of January 2025 but low and behold we are in the middle of February and nothing. No update. No accountability. Just wasted time and money.
Yes I got the contacts
Yes the product was fine
But no rebate. If you want a rebate, order somewhere else. This ain't it.

This is quite a racket

This is quite a racket, I am so pissed. I only ordered from Lens.com due to this rebate but the companies are sister companies and they are in cahoots in this scam. What a joke. They do nothing to help the customer get the rebate. They make it sound like when your order ships your rebate will process. This is total fraud.

Can't even print the rebate form that is required to mail in. Calling customer service refers you to the website. Website does not offer any help. Just a runaround so you can't really get your rebate. Use a different company. Do Not buy from Lens.com and expect a rebate.

If I could not give any stars, I would. I sent my rebate in as soon as I received my contacts from lens.com. I took a picture of the form and the proof of purchase labels. Mailed it first class mail - instructions never said to mail any other way. Never received rebate. Emailed back and forth with customer support. I sent them the pictures with the form and proof of purchase. They said it was too bad that it must have been lost in the mail and would not give me the rebate. I won’t use lens.com or count on a rebate from
Rebatecard.com again! Scam!’
