Really great experience and ipad works like a charm!
Quick story about my REBORN experiance:
Super nervus about ordering, website was easy too use, got my ipad in 3 days, works like a brand new tablet, battry health showing 83%, saved almost 500€!!!
Been using it for everything - social media, work emails, netflix,,,,,you name it!! Zero issues after 3 months... Theyre testing process really works - they check litterally everything b4 shipping!!! Plus its better for the environment wich is pretty cool!!

Zahvaljujemo se vam za oddano mnenje ter oceno. Vsi obnovljeni telefoni Reborn imajo vsaj 80% kapacitete baterije, pri večini se pa lahko ob naročilu tudi odločite za menjavo baterije za novo.
Delovanje baterije je pa seveda tudi odvisno od tega, kateri telefon ste kupili (naprave imajo različno zmogljive baterije), katere aplikacije uporabljate, koliko uporabljate kamero, GPS, kakšna je svetlost ekrana ipd..
Če ste mnenja, da je z baterijo kakšna težava, lahko napravo znotraj garancijskega obdobja vsekakor tudi sprejmemo na reklamacijo in preizkusimo samo delovanje. V kolikor bi to želeli, nam prosimo pišite na email info@gizzmo.si in vam bomo podali nadaljna navodila.

Had my eye on a new iPhone 13 Pro but…
Had my eye on a new iPhone 13 Pro but couldn't justify the price, then I found Reborn through my coworker. Honestly, best decision ever! The phone arrived in 3 days, packed super carefully, and I literally can't tell it apart from a new one. Been using it for about 3 weeks now and the battery is holding up amazing (showing 86% health). The camera quality is perfect for all my Instagram stuff, and I saved over 500€. My boyfriend was so impressed he just ordered one too. If you're on the fence about refurbished, definitely give these guys a try!

Prejel sem res odlično ohranjen Iphone. Opaziti je mogoče le eno ali dve manjši praski na samem ekranu, ampak nista preveč moteči. Glede na ceno je bil nakup res odlična izbira in bi se enako odločil še enkrat!

I ordered and Iphone 13 B category. For a phone that’s marketed as “works as new” the battery health is at an INSANE 84%, 10 minutes on it and the battery dropped by 10 percent after fully charged. For the money that I paid i atleast expected it to be above 90??. Not to mention the slow delivery time. I ordered on the 4th, It was said i would get it by the 12th. It came on the 21st. Big dissapointment.

As written on our website, all Reborn phones have at least 80% battery capacity. With most devices, you can order a completely new battery, so you receive the phone with 100% capacity.
Regarding the delivery time - we see that your order was sent on the 9th of January. If there was any issue with the delivery service, please let us know at info@gizzmo.hr, so we can check with the delivery service.
In any case, please contact us - if you have issues with the device you have 1year warranty and if you are just unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the device in 30 days from purchase and we issue a full refund.

Gizmo je res vrhunska trgovina! Že prej sem pri njih kupil iPhone 13 Pro, s katerim sem bil izjemno zadovoljen. Zdaj pa sem se odločil za Samsung S23 Ultra in ponovno nisem bil razočaran.
Celoten postopek nakupa je bil hiter in enostaven, osebje pa zelo prijazno in strokovno. Pomagali so mi pri odločitvi in odgovorili na vsa vprašanja. Tudi cene so konkurenčne, naprava pa je prispela hitro in v popolnem stanju.
Definitivno bom še naprej kupoval pri Gizmo in jih priporočam vsakemu, ki išče kakovostno storitev in odlične telefone!

Mobitel kupljen prije tocno godinu i 12 dana. Nakon otprilike toliko vremena mobitel se spontano kvari. Kvar prijavljen ali obzirom da je garancija istekla nakon jedne godine dobivam informaciju da oni tu ne mogu nista. Cak ni servis. Moram napomenuti da vidnog ostecenja niti bilo kakve druge vrste nije bilo. Mobitel je nakon otprilike godinu dana prestao normalno raditi. Po meni prijevarna stranica, ne bi preporučila nikada, nikome. Jako losa podrska za korisnike.

Prišel je zapakiran kot nov.
Sedaj je v uporabi cca. 2 meseca in vse lepo deluje.
Gizzmu itak že zaupam od prejšnjih nakupov novih zadev, tako da nisem veliko razmišljala o tem koraku.

Phones go bad after a while
Ordered an iPhone 11 for 499€ at the best refurbished level around January 2022
Here are my thoughts:
Decent phone for the time I've had it up until after the warranty was over. The screen started showing dead pixels (now my screen has around 4 dead lines of pixels that make the phone practically unusable) and the battery became super bad despite it only being at 85% (3 hours screen time from 80% to 0% consistently). Phone became unusable at the 2 year mark so I just put it away.
It's very clear that they don't use quality parts for refurbishing their phones instead they choose the cheaper parts and it shows.
If you're looking to buy a phone from them, know you're going to have to change it within a year or 2 years depending on your patience.

Most Reborn devices are shipped with all of its original parts, the device is also factory reset and checked for any issues. We offer one year warranty by default, but you can add an additional year of warranty while ordering the device.
If a device needs a repair or a change of parts, the part is exchanged with an original part - if of course the manufacturer offers original parts. If original parts are not made available from the manufacturer, we change the parts with refurbished original parts or with compatible spare parts, for which we make sure that they are of the same quality and are thoroughly tested.
Even in the event that we change the parts with parts of the same quality (but not of the manufacturer), that should absolutely have no effect on the functionallity of the device.
