I give this company one star only because 0 stars is not an option. The bras I ordered came in a 5xl when I ordered an xl. Even with my original order and receipt in hand they insisted that they sent the proper size and would not entertain a refund or replacement. Save your money!!!! Anyone need a bra?

Misleading. Only offered 16% of value refund. I followed sizing exactly (I even thought while going through the process that this was really comprehensive) and items were way too large, not even close to fitting. Cost was 36.88US and at first they offered 3US then 6US.
Material is flimsy and not as described!
I would not recommend this company.

One star is too many for this company. They are thieves and liars. The garment doesn’t fit by any stretch of the imagination and they offered 9USD when the price was 30USD. I offered to pay for return postage but they suggested I find someone to wear it. What type of service is that?!! They also said that return postage would be to China but the address the package was shipped from was NSW.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering from this company. The supposed full lift,csuppirt and sculpt bra is nothing like they claimed. When I requested to return them, they offered $3USD ($4.47 AUD) compensation for $75AUD order.

Received within the month of ordering. The bra flattens you to pushup that makes you have a large bulge under your chin. Sizing is not according to CDN/US products. They have offered $9 USD refund which is about 1/4th the price not including shipping. Have not received my credit card bill yet to see if refund was applied. Do not order.

I can’t give a negative score, so I had to pick one star. Worst ‘business’ to deal with! My parcel was delivered an hour away from my address and shipped back before I even got a tracking number and I only got one because I reached out for an update about my order. They said they could send me another order, but I’d have to pay shipping or for new product as even though the shipper returned the order, they would not receive it? Wth? They tried to make me responsible for its loss. How many people have been ripped off this way? They offered me 1/4 what I paid and when I refused to take anything less than what I paid, they stopped corresponding and gave me nothing. I reported them to the bbb and they didn’t respond. It’s disgusting that they can get away with this. I’d love to file a lawsuit

This is the current-day version of the old Moroccan carpet scam.
The order took seven weeks to arrive. The bras were the wrong size. They charged my credit card more than the quoted price. Exchanging or returning them is impossible.
Seven emails exchanged with no satisfactory resolution in sight. May karma "reward" them...

I ordered a 3pac of bras. On order receipt showed total of $31.00 but my cc was charged for over $40.00. I reported this to the company. They promised to credit my credit card. I never received credit.
I received bras and they are not correct size.i asked to return. They say shipping back is more than Cust if goods and will credit me $3.00. This is unacceptable! Terrible company. Cheap product not as advertised.

Absolutely has been the worst experience. I definitely feel like this company is fraud. I definitely feel like it’s a bait and switch type of situation. I ordered something from them over a month ago and saw some reviews so tried to reach out to them immediately to see if I could just cancel the order. I reached out to them within an hour of placing the order and got a response that it was too late. It had already shipped. They provided a tracking number. The tracking number stop tracking on November 7 contacted them again only to get another tracking number saying that the first one was lost so they re-shipped it but meanwhile, the first shipment departed out of Spain, this new shipment is now coming out of China. so much back-and-forth with them absolutely no help so I disputed the charges with my bank. Do not order from these people. Meanwhile, it has been over a month. I still do not have my package and the new tracking number hasn’t even left China yet.

Ordered 3 items from this company. Total garbage. I contacted vendor numerous times for instructions on how to return. I was offered $3. I refused and asked several more times how do I return this garbage they sell. Again lame offers of $5, $6, all the way up to $13. They then stopped responding to my emails. Beware!! Do not order from this cheap, horrible Chinese company

BEWARE! I purchased some clothing from this company. Ist they charged me some insane amount in "taxes", that was immediately refunded after my inquiry. It took about 2 weeks to get the products and upon arrival I find they do not fit. I know what size I wear and ordered accordingly to they're size chart. Not even close! I asked to return the items for full refund. They refused and kept coning back with offers. I spent $45 and they wanted to give me a $3 refund. When I told them that was not acceptable they came back with $8 refund. I emailed them again stating that is not acceptable and was told they could not help me anymore.

This company sucks, I ordered according to site info, the bras are huge, the cups are permawrinkle and hard as cardboard. When I asked for refund I was offered $3/paid $27 plus shipping! Still fighting, I'm up to a $10 refund so far! DO NOT ORDER!!!!

Ordered 3 bras. Took a month to arrive. They do not fit me. I requested info as to returning them. They offered me $3 for me to just keep them. I paid $37.
MANY emails back and forth...they now want to offer me $12. I have asked for the return address so I can ship them back for a FULL refund. They are saying it will cost me too much. I told them I want the address and I'll see how much it would cost me to return them. I also told them I will report them to BBB. Now no response back. Radio silence.

Never received. Multiple emails back and forth . Kept saying to kindly wait and thanking me for my patience, over 2 months and not received. I was told I ‘would love them’ as they are a huge bestseller. I find that hard to believe

Within an hour of placing my order, I cancelled it. I was told the order couldn't be cancelled as it had already been shipped. Is this even possible? They almost guaranteed me that I would love the product (as everyone did) and once received, if I still wanted to return the bra's, I could. Almost 50 emails later I am still trying to establish whether I will receive a FULL refund. They also said I have to pay for the return postage. I have been offered a $9 compensation. This I dont understand - compensation for what? The postage or $9 will be added to my full purchase price. They refuse to answer. One at least 6 occasions I have asked them to escalate my complaint to the Managing Director/Owner and to provide me with this person/s contact details and the full, registered name if the company - crickets. I must add that their return policy states that I cannot be charged twice for postage.

This has been the most frustrating experience I have had dealing with a complaint. It has still not been resolved.

This company is a ripoff. Took 32 days to receive my order of three bras that they resized and do not fit me. I have reached out to them 5 days in a row to their support email address for information on how to do a return. And when I try to get the proof of purchase for a refund off of the website, I get the message that I am locked out of my account and it says to contact an administrator.
Still waiting on a reply to the five emails that I have sent.

I ordered a 3 pack of bras and I ordered 36G but received a 6XL package of bras that are way to big in the band and cup is way too small possibly a C cup. I reached out for a refund and only received an offer for $3 and then $5 for the final offer. I PAID $35. Now they have gone radio silent with my money. It's funny how they say the shipping fees to return the bras are more expensive than the bras but the package says they came from Chicago. Don't buy them! It's a SCAM!

This company is a scam! Do not order anything from them! I have been fighting with them for over one week for a refund on bras I bought and want to return because they are trash! I paid almost $30 for the three bras and they want to refund me $7 and every time I email them and ask them a question they never answer the question! I am trying to get a contact phone number to speak with someone in person rather than email, but so far they haven’t granted that to me!BIG SCAM!

Warning to Others

Be careful ordering from Recentof.com! The bras I received didn’t fit, and when I asked for a refund, they offered me only $8 out of $31 and said I could keep them because “shipping is too expensive.” Their website says full refunds are allowed, but that’s not true in practice. Looks like a scam site — avoid!

Recentof.com is a scam! Do not waste your money. Here are my 3 red flags:
1. I was charged over $9 more than the amount I approved. I reached out to the seller and was reimbursed for the extra charged.
2. The tracking number showed the seller shipping the items for Italy. The sender on my package was a David in Chicago Illinois.
3. The size I ordered was 38DD and I received a 5XL. Where does that size come from?
The quality is very very poor. The bras I ordered had no support and the material is very thin. As I mentioned before, the size is completely off.
I requested a return label and the company hasn’t replied (and I’m sure I won’t hear back from them).
Learn from my mistake and DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!!
