Great service from Tom. He responded to my emails promptly and quoted a good price for the work. He was flexible when agreeing timings to visit the house and we were able to agree an appointment for the following day. On his visit he was professional, polite and very friendly. He sent me the Energy Performance Certificate two hours after he had visited. I would highly recommend Tom.
Tom delivered an excellent, fast and efficient service. He was very flexible when working around our availability to make an appointment, carried out the inspection very efficiently, provided plenty of explanation as to what he was doing and delivered the report within a couple of hours. I would certainly recommend Tom for anyone needing this type of service.
