this is a scam run.
this is a scam run.
they collected my tax refund and did not refund me until HMRC sent me my tax P2 form. I saw that they took a refund and kept it.

Totally useless
I keep getting emails about fast tracking my claim I say ok but I then get more saying same? Got another email stating my name DOB and national insurance number is wrong I checked it’s not ?

I have never signed with this company, but received an email from them saying that I did and urging me to proceed with my claim. This is happening at the same time when actually HMRC my tax issued refund. This company would take 48% fee ( it’s in their T&C) refund that was issued with without their help. It seems like this company got access to HMRC data base, somehow.
