Reco Surfaces Avis

Great customer service, I ordered wrong item they collected and sent new one within a week . I will be using in the future.

The panels were quickly delivered and we think it’s an excellent product at a fair price.

We went and picked the coverings up and the staff were so helpful. They were easy to fit and look great.

It was a lot easier to fit then I thought once I managed to work out how to cut it which I did with a jigsaw which was easy to do as long as you got it straight ha ha
Not easier than tiles

Quality gear

Arrived quicker than originally stated. Apart from finding somewhere to lay it flat until the joiner was ready to install, everything was fine. (we put it under a bed and put doubled up towels under the legs to prevent marking
Love the Crema Concrete splashback. It was very easy to cut and install

Very good service and excellent product, would highly recommend.

A very helpful response to my telephone questions and a prompt delivery of the product.
The panels are great and I am very happy with the quality.

Very happy with the quality of the product. Delivery a lot quicker than stated, but just a bit pricey

I bought Bevel Metro Tile White (150mm x 75mm) (Tiled Panels).

The quality of these and specifically the synthetic grouting is VERY poor. It is already flaking and chipping and the boards are going to look rather a mess in a short period of time!

The synthetic grouting on this product just doesn’t work and isn’t fit for purpose.

I would avoid this product on that basis

We bought Bevel Metro Tile White with
Dark Grey grouting and it is absolutely perfect for our small kitchenette. Excellent quality and looks amazing.

I was choosing a shower panel for my new campervan because Reco are the preferred provider of the company doing the conversion. I can see why. The end product is excellent, and because I wanted a bespoke image, I needed more contact with various members of staff. Everyone was so helpful and keen to deliver a product I would be happy with - they were as delighted with how it turned out as I was!

The tiles came super fast, easy to cut with the right bladed saw (if the panels are warmer they cut easier) they look amazing. I would recommend them a million times over!
Only downside is side is there is literally no customer service. I don’t mean bad, I mean, there is no one to contact email or phone.
But if you read the instructions on the website and plan carefully, you should be ok.
Also, another bit of advice, the glue dries quite quickly, so to avoid air bubbles, put the glue on and get it up as quick as possible lol.
10 stars!

I ordered the small flat metro white, acrylic. It’s not cheap and the delivery costs are quite high. As a DIYer, I was a bit nervous about the first cut but after that I was confident in the end. It does look very neat and tidy. The product was quite forgiving given it was installed in an old property the walls weren’t perfect, but the final effect looks great.

Great product, very impressed and will use again. Everthing arrived quick and delivery communicated. All packaged with great care taken. The panels and trim look great, very modern and wipe clean. Easy to cut to size with a jigsaw and quick to install

I have used Reco 'tiles' on two bathroom projects (eight years apart) and have been very satisfied with the result. The nine year old Metro panels still look like new! And the silicone is still in good condition. I installed the panels myself and would consider myself an able DIYer, so following the instructions wasn't a problem. Although I managed on my own, the panels are quite large and so two pairs of hands would have been much easier. I cut the Metro panels with a Stanley knife, which wasn't a problem. One has to use a surprising amount of adhesive but it does the job and the panels set solid.

After ordering 2 sheets of the bevel edged tile (which is a great great product) I reordered another sheet as I misjudged how much I would need and when it arrived I had ordered the wrong colour! After 1 quick phone call and email swapping out was arranged at no extra cost! Outstanding customer service, should be an example to other retailers!

Great Product and Top class Customer Service
The tile panels look fantastic and when our builder had ordered the wrong size panel, Reco Surfaces sorted out the problem quickly and efficiently. Thank you to Tori who was incredibly helpful and sorted out the problem. 😊
