OK WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW up front if you are a model on Chaturbate or Recurbate is this: They had highly paid lawyers draw up the Eula and the broadcasting contracts. They get govt documents to prove who you are from you first, so they know who they are making a contract with, then, when you type in your agreement... you may not know you are giving full power and ownership forever over your camera actions on Chaturbate. Which all seemed very strange to me... till I found out about their 30 dollar a month subscriptions to recurbate, which is recordings of EVERY and EACH appearance on camera you make. NO, you don't own the videos... you have given them to them under the licensing contract you agreed to. If you don't sign the contract electronically, they don't allow you to get tokens or payment while you are on cam.

Its a bit sleezy. Basically you get turd droppings and nickels... and they get HALF of everything the broadcasting model makes. Half. And THEN they resell the shows for eternity for 30 bucks a month. Every single cam session ever done. But they don't tell you about all that when you first sign on and first start dropping your pants. Its not a little private show with a few viewers... its a taping session for reruns that they will sell till Jesus comes back.

So, again, only law nerds like myself read the fine print. I can see the need for positive ID, but that is to keep the site legal and out of trouble. But signing a "here you go" contract for all your trouble being naked on the net... and letting them have the rights forever to resell, is a little like the Beatles selling their record and tape rights away to the record labels. Very very very great site, i can't live without it now. I use the paid version, and it worth the money. Stream is sometimes slow, but globally, you can find and have what you want, and even more, because they record everything.

The site is always under maintenance. Videos don't stream very well. Some occasions you cannot even access the site and trying to contact support is a waste of time because they never ever respond to your concerns. And right now as I am writing this review, I cannot get past the Cloudflare Security to log in to the site that I paid for.

I purchased a premium membership at 10 pm Sat and on Sun I got a notice that my membership had expired. So I guess it cost $23 for a 12 hour membership, just a bunch of thieves

According to Federal Law, these records must contain all required, detailed information with each video/photograph. This information includes but is not limited to date, video timestamp, name, address, and how and where the content is being distributed. Obtaining pornography through secondary sources, and re distributing it by print, or electronic means is against the law. Eventually the owner/s of this site will be facing felony criminal charges.

Someone needs to find out who actually owns Recurbate. Because once that information becomes public, God have mercy on your bankrupt soul my friend.
