Scam company. Bought a laptop via Back Market. They delivered this to the wrong address and provided me with someone elses delivery tracking number. Avoid both companies!

slightly disappointed
I can’t help but feel slightly disappointed, I wasn’t made aware to the extent that the price would be reduced on my Fitbit for scratches across the screen even though it was still in good working order. However I was kept informed and I had the option to have the device returned to me or receive £5.
I decided on the latter

Brilliant company
Brilliant company . I sold my s20 ultra to recycle pro after searching various other phone traders company's and recycle pro offered the most for my phone obviously based on the condition of the phone etc. But they were very helpful and understanding during the whole process both advisors Sam and Jay who were very helpful to me despite my anxiety issues over when the phone was being looked at and payment process but they kept the situation calm which was a great help to me ad I have never used a site like this before so wasn't sure how the process worked but I can and will say excellent service and great customer service skills I will defo be using this company in the future and i will be recommending this company to family and friends if they are looking . Thanks guys ! 😊

Friendly helpful staff. Sent my second had phone in and couldn't remember my password. Wasn't a problem, they call me back and offered me slightly less money. Would recommend them to anyone.

Happy with the process
Happy with the process. Well informed all along the way. Didn't get the price originally quoted for a phone in good condition, and mine was better than good in my opinion....but I half expected to be knocked down because that is what these companies do to get your business initially. I could have said no to it, but I went along with the price.

Top value but wait for the revised offer!
Found this company through Compare & Recycle website where this company offered the most for my old phone. Sent it off and didn't hear anything. I contacted Compare and Recycle and they were quick to come back and said that they had contacted Recycle Pro and that they had sent a revised offer email to me (I was surprised by this as my phone was in mint condition - in its original box with all documents lead, charger etc). I checked spam etc and no email. I called them up and asked what the revised offer was but they couldn't tell me and said that they would resend the email. I said that they should be able to see it on their system but they just said they would resend the email in a few minutes. Needless to say - nothing turned up. I went back to the comparison site updating them on the situation as I thought they'd want to know about their top company that they promoted. I also mentioned that my wife was a researcher for the BBC and might be interested in investigating this company. Had a message saying that they had spoken to Recycle Pro and that they would phone me but actually received full payment - I wonder why!

We received your gadget in B condition with scratches on the rear, and I gave you a corrected email. However, we paid you in full after finding out via compare and recycle that you did not receive our emails. You may also verify that our 95% favourable ratings and the fact that we are a legitimate firm and have been in this business for years prove that everything that happened was the result of a communication breakdown. We invite you and your wife to visit our shop, and we will consider your visit as a positive marketing investment.

You selected good condition however your device was in worn condition it has deep scratches on the screen. I also send you an email with images of your screen that clearly shows deep scratches I also asked from you that due to deep scratches we have to revise the quote and you reply back that you are agree with revise quote. We using professional cameras and scanners to get that picture with scratches and about unpackaging process we use no sharp or hard tools/surface dust free rooms and we have the expert team who checked the devices. We try our best to satisfy our customer and we always pay the highest quote and if the customer is not agreed to the revised quote, we returned the device free of cost.
I would again like to apologise for the inconvenience you might have faced.
You might not get what you're expecting …
I sent a phone in perfect condition for an agreed price. I was then told while it arrived in good condition, it had some 'invisible ' issues and the photo 'proving' this was the case looked lift a picture of a fluorescent light. I was then offered about a quarter of the original quote - this was after I paid for tracked postage as I never received the postage label. Not impressed.

After few days I Received a revised offer nearly a third lower than quoted when I queried this I received photo showing a scratch .However the screen proctor was still on the phone I asked them to return my phone which took 10 days no name on the parcel and no post code . When I check my phone from the return packaging the phone had no damage and no scratches high prices quoted don't mean they pay the prices they Quote

We sent you images as a proof that your phone has deep scractches on the back, hence we had to revise accordingly We are always on our customers side and always return the device without any charges if customer chooses too even in this case, we would have done the same.
