i sent 2 phones which were massively devalued and had big cracks on them which were not there when i sent the phones, one phone reduced to being offered £1 for.
a member of the team S.I agreed to return both phones to me however i have received only 1 phone so am currently missing one phone and 2 charging cables.
have sent a few emails now and they are not responding.
do not use recyle pro - communication is awful.

however, after emailing them again, leaving a message on their contact us website still no answer, only after leaving a bad review on trust pilot did someone email me back.

i was told my return order had been sat underneath a big pile from christmas period and that my device would be returned.

2 days later i finally got my 2nd phone, with 1 charging cable so still missing the charging cable from first device.

they apologised, asked me to remove the negative review from trust pilot and offered to send me money of £6 to replace the charging cable?!? - i have not sent them any bank details and neither will i send them my bank details and also offered £5 off my next order with them - will not be using recycle pro ever again.
hence the *ammended* trust pilot review.

so glad its over and can leave this company behind me.

So I sent My iPhone 14 pro which had one scratch in the middle of the phone very little and they said good condition is £786 with the scratch poor condition is lots of scratches or Dents or cracked screen this was immaculate bar one scratch and they offered me £600 and said it had two and the 2 pictures they sent were 2 completely different photos of phoned so it wasn't mine so I said no to return they then offered me £650 and I said £700 just to see and they accepted so it goes to show their just trying to deduct money to make more which isn't good customer service

I posted my phone just as the mail service shut down for five days due to a strike combined with a long Xmas holiday. I should have done so sooner because the company had sent me a postal label a week earlier and then even called me to check plus two email reminders. Happily on the first day after the holiday they confirmed receipt and then two days later (good going given I guess a backlog) notified by email that the payment was in my bank. Excellent service, and the best offer price out of several from a comparison site.

Very efficient, sent address label by email, on receipt of item I was immediately informed and payment was very rapid. Best price on offer, although I did need to pay for postage, but even with this, was still more than nearest offer.

Great experience. I made a mistake when selecting the model of my phone but when they received it they called me and told me I was due £30 more. So very honest. Process was very easy. I will be using them again in the future.

Very poor service. Despite stating payments are made the same day, I waited 7days. It was only following me chasing it up, the payment was made. I’ve not experienced this with others companies so won’t use Recycle Pro again and wouldn’t recommend them.
