Trip cancellation refund
Had reservation for 6 days but had to return to airport and retrieve car on the same day that we left because Covid caused trip cancellation when we got half way to our destination. Refund was promptly processed.

Difficulty at the gate
Difficulty at the gate. Scanners for bar code do not appear to work properly. Long lines at gate cause delay when trying to catch a flight. Pre-paid voucher did not scan and had to call for help, then instructed to pay again to exit gate.

Online booking was easy and fast
Online booking was easy and fast. I got a confirmation right away via email. When I go there I scanned the code and found a parking spot right near the entrance/exit. On leaving the parking garage ( after scanning my code) I received a printout. Later that evening I received an email with the same infos. I will park there again!!!

I like the convenience of the garage…
I like the convenience of the garage but the last few times the gate didnt work with and I had to backup and go to the opposite entry making the people who had already pulled up behind me directly frustrated. Leaving the way out it weird and not exactly clearly marked as it dumps you out the back now . I am not sure why you cant go out as it use too. A bit inconvenient
