I won a biggish amount then all sudden I have to provide verffication documents ok simple enough I think , 3 days later I’ve uploaded all ask for still not good enough the want me to provide a screenshot of PayPal account which is closed so I rang PayPal got a statement they won’t accept that is excuse after excuse , also they still let me deposit while this was being reviewed (before I knew issue with verification ) which I don’t agree with didn’t really like this site and had no issues before but I would be afraid to use again now

Well after reading the reviews I was worried I wasn't going to get my winnings..... I won at 11pm Sunday night and the funds was in my bank by tea time Monday.

New on Red, I have tried to withdraw my gains. The day after, it was impossible to connect to the site. I was asked to give an authorization code that I have never received. I have no access to customer service anymore... Let's wait if I get my gains!

I think there is always that worry in your mind when you sign up to a new company in the betting world but I cannot speak highly enough. It’s clear the way of the world with online betting now is the need for regular safer gambling checks if stakes are quite high and the need for documents. It’s frustrating compared to old times but I definitely understand the need for this. If you have the right documents, ie driving license, bank card you use, proof of address etc then you won’t have any problems. If you don’t have these my advice is not to sign up to any online betting company or you will fail checks and risk breaching terms and losing money.

Anyway in a nutshell, I opened an account yesterday (Sunday) I won a substantial amount, I supplied the documents straight away on the account section and this morning (Monday) I had an email to say my documents were accepted and my account was verified.

It’s now 6pm and the funds have already hit my account which I am obviously absolutely delighted with but mentally prepared myself for a couple of days as per withdrawal times notice.

Anyway I do no have a single bad word to say and the customer service was very good and less then 2 minute wait time.

I agree with the rest of the reviewers. Dead spin after dead spin. I am new to this casino. I had bonus come in twice on 2 different games on £40 playing 50p a spin. The wins on that was rubbish. Getting the bonus more than once in a game is non existent. Not sure I will play this casino again in the future.
