Avoid at all costs, it’s not worth the hassle. all the products I’ve got are terrible quality, sash window fitch catches that don’t work at all because they are so badly made, inaccurate descriptions of products. Unhelpful staff that don’t have a clue what they are talking about, promises of refunds that don’t happen over and over again.

Order didn’t come .Sales guy said it didn’t get processed and didn’t accept any blame.
Finally arrived after 7 weeks from first order ,no instructions and torn packaging .
Needed instructions (website not working )as slightly different sash balances from standard -still waiting for a (technical) call back after a week -rung twice -(leaving phone number twice)to Reddiseals to emphasise the hurry but obviously they don’t give a …. as they have been paid.
Last time using them .

Ive waited a week before writing this review to give them a chance as l found they were always ok on past but since installing their casement window bronze cranked hinges a few weeks ago I’ve been called back by my client twice as the pins keep dropping from hinges, luckily the windows are above a flat roof and on both occasions it’s the bottom pin that falls out. Each trip costs me a half days earnings to get across London to fix. My client being reasonable has allowed me take off the hinges and use lock tight to repair. However on the last visit as l finished up the espangolette handle snapped off also(again less than a month old bought with the hinges), it was then l phoned customer services, the girl apologised blaming a faulty batch, not sure if that was hinges or handles, she advised to send an email to technical department which l sent, nothing, i then emailed accounts who in fairness responded immediately saying she had copied in sales manager into this email, and l quote “he will investigate what has happened regarding your email to us last Friday and he will come back to you to discuss this along with the product quality issue you have”- nothing, heads buried in sand
What ever happened BSI standards?

I bought hundreds of pounds worth of stuff and never received it! They are impossible to contact and do not respond to anything. Do not buy from these scammers!

purchased new lead window weights when order arrived it was 2 x window weights short, reported this to the company and was informed that their stock records were accurate and the correct number had been sent, I explained that the shrink wrap on the pallet was undamaged and the courier company could not be held accountable for the shortage, they repeated that their stock records were accurate and no recompense would be forthcoming. they need to update their stocktaking system or find the employee that made the shortfall disappear. Very poor response for a ( so called ) Reputable company.

Contacted Reddiseals repeatedly for purchase as an existing customer and didn't get a single response over three days. Very poor customer service. I was told someone would call me back about three separate purchase items but nothing. Reddisleep more like.

Wrong seals supplied. These were returned but Reddiseals just keep coming up with excuses when it comes to refunding me. Do not deal with them

Bought a door lock for the front door, became faulty within 5 months, sent a video to their 'Whatsapp' and made a phone call.....nothing.
Have called and explained the fault to them, only to be given lip service that someone will call back, still waiting..... Unacceptable puerile behaviour, ignoring customers for a lousy £20 refund or replacement lock....

appalled at the fact they sent the wrong gasket said they wouldn't edit orders its not their mistake so I had to pay to return, will never order from them again,

Excellent service - a (manufacturing) problem was quickly and courteously resolved. Will use again

All you need for sash window renovation at great prices. The postage costs are reasonable too meaning you can order what you need and it isn't so bad if you need to order again. I've made 3 orders and they call came next day without issue.
