GREAT WEBSITE FOR WINNING

I think red dog casino is by far the better online casinos. It offers a vast array of games and the payout is legit! I love this website. Honestly though I think there customer service is by far the best. Its almost better then the actual casino !

Custommer support is great

Don't play here. I finally hit on a game for 1500. that would that I thought was great until I tried withdrawing! they make you mail in this verification paper you got to print it off turn it into a PDF all kinds of crazy stuff jump through 900 hoops to get verified which for me it took a month then they said I was verified and my to make a withdrawal request they only authorized 300 of the 1500 so that it's their right to do that it's taken over 2 months and I still have $340 left in the account it's not worth it if you win I mean if you hit for say 10 grand like I have on other casinos it probably take 10 years to get the money out Don't play here!!!!!!¡!

I chose to register as they offered a free chip for doing so. After registering there was non chip added. I went to customer support asking them about it and they came back with a response saying there was an account already previously made with my information. I had no clue what they were talking about. I told them that it was not me on the account they were trying to say was mine. I told them multiple times that it was not me and that someone obviously used my info for that account and must been a hacker or I honestly have no clue! All I know is it WAS NOT ME. No matter how many times I repeated myself they did not believe me and thought I was trying to have 2 accounts for another free chip! It got to the point I was transferred to speak with supposedly one of the managers. I sent them screenshots of how the agents were treating the situation and to no surprise the manager did the same thing. I told them to ask the person on the other account to send verification to prove identity and then I grabbed my Driver's Liscense and sent them a photo of me holding it up to show them I am who I am. (During all of this I was told multiple times that if I want to keep this "new account" that the other one would be terminated including all of its winnings. I kept telling them Yes delete it it is not mine! If it was, why wouldn't I be using whatever winnings were there instead of trying to make a new account for chump change of a free chip!) Then they told me that they could not allow this new account to be kept and that the other account was the one to stay open because it has made a deposit and this one hasn't. Are you kidding me?!!! I was at that point furious. I repeated once more multiple times that account was not me!!!! Of course the account I just made didn't have a deposit I had just registered! I then asked them why they let me register if my email adress was already being used and they stated it was a different email but with my personal information. Wow. So I told them ok your going to choose to terminate the account I just made and allow a hacker or the person who is committing fraud with my account keep that account because they have made a deposit?! I literally could not believe how ignorant all of those agents including managers that I spoke with were handeling the situation. There was more back and furth messaging and I got completely no where. They did not care. They did not believe me. They were going to allow fraud with my personal information on an account be left open and have the nerve to terminate the account I just registered. Nothing I said or did with trying to show proof, did any good. My photo with my ID you would think would do some justice but nope they continued to act as if I created both accounts. Not only that but the date they told me the account was created was like 5 years old! I never even knew about online casinos until a few months ago!!! The entire conversation lasted almost 2 hours of arguing with those people and after the first 30 minutes my only concern was there was a person that took and used my info and the fact they were going to allow it even after I stated at least no less then 50 times that it was not me and to delete it now! I took screenshots of the conversation and how horribly that casino trully is. My advice DO NOT PLAY AT THIS CASINO FROM MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND LEARN FROM MY SITUATION.
