Unfortunately I need to place a star to continue.
Tata Consulting got a project from a Frankfurt company in Germany and Redglobal had to hire people to get the workforce for. As soon we got a contract they repeatedly requested to get my opinion. Why to do that before the first payment? Kind of a red flag. Not a globe. A flag.
Later another contract like paper arrived. But some of the topics countered the contract content. I informed Redglobal and requested to pull back that document. I got an e-mail confirmation. But I still got annoyed by e-mails requesting to sign that paper.
The first indicator that they don't care or the left hand don't know what the right hand does in that company. Interestingly: the head hunter who hired me calling from the UK ghosted me after the contract. Well, maybe I did not try hard enough to get him on the phone.
When I later put my opinion - as requested again and again - I mentioned this. Of course no improvement.
Later it was obvious the project need a prolongation. My colleague, also hired by Red GmbH Germany told me: once he had to work for them and it took an extra Day after the contract run out. And... he did not get paid for that Day.
I informed Redglobal that for the proof of their business "culture" they should take care of the needed time to have a contract beforehand and I promised that we would not perform without a contract. Apparently they needed to make an example.
Now, after working since May of this 2025 I did not get a payment yet while they promised in the contract to pay 4 Weeks after a Month is closed.
As I was working in Asia for 3 Years I came back to Germany first and then I moved to the Czech Republic. One of their excuse was: they suspect I would evade taxes. 3 Weeks after payment due, 6 Weeks after they got informed...
I am curious how it will end. Apparently they intentional want to damage me and never pay. It seems I need to use legal steps... whatever.
There are many examples of companies misbehavior. This is - unfortunately - a special one. If they fix it I will update this story. Let's see.

update:
Yesterday Red contacted me to get the situation fixed. Later I got the follow-up contract which was delayed. Here it became obvious: someone messed up my company details. This of course lead to non-answerable questions and caused all the delays.
They immediately promised to fix it.
For the mistake of a single person I cannot blame a whole company. So I changed the stars from one to three. However, whatever I informed/complained about was not taken care of.
