Read this before deciding to work with them
As part of the agreement, we were required to prepay approximately €34,000 upfront for a 12-month service. However, from the beginning, the core functionality (image detection and enforcement) did not work as expected.
During onboarding and for several months after, key parts of the service were still not properly set up, and we repeatedly found identical uses of our images online that were not detected by the system. These issues were documented and shared with Red Points multiple times.
What is most concerning is the lack of response when trying to resolve the situation. Despite multiple follow-ups and a formal legal notice sent through our lawyer, we have not received any response.
We would have preferred to resolve this commercially, but unfortunately that has not been possible so far.

Who are the clowns running this circus?
Absolute joke of a company, avoid like the plague
Update to say I proved the authenticity of my item and after consultation with the client Redpoints stated they would file a report to have my content reinstated. That was a number of weeks ago and still nothing has happened.
The worst bit is, the soulless reply I got didn’t even include a hint of an apology for the disruption, stress and upset they caused me. Disgusting conduct and complete lack of remorse or empathy.
PLEASE READ BEFORE USING - ALMOST COST ME MY BUSINESS
They really caused a lot of issues within my business. We went to them to help protect some of our IP.
We DID tell them that we have a number of authorized distributors on third party platforms that we wanted to not be affected by this.
They simply use MASS AI to do a take down of our brand on all 3rd party platforms.
They completely ignored the fact I gave them the list of authorized distributors.
Now, those sellers have to fight with Amazon, eBay and Walmart to keep their accounts in good standing.
They reported them as selling counterfeit goods, which really hurts there accounts.
Needless to say, ALL of them were furious with us. These weren't companies that do low volume either, these were KEY accounts.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
We lost 2 accounts over this. UNACCEPTABLE.
Please choose another company and look at this companies reviews.
WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN
I run a fairly large business and decided to use them & they AGGRESSIVELY went after EVERY AUTHORIZERD VENDOR or Vendors who were selling completely legitimate product. I had so many complaints from huge accounts and it really had a negative impact on my business. PLEASE if you're thinking of doing business with them, think again, they go after EVERYONE even if you give them an authorized dealer list or the person is selling legit product.
Hilarious..
Hilarious... I sell clothing which I buy from official suppliers and just had one of my listings aggressively removed by Vinted ( One of the platforms I sell on) & was threatened to have my entire account shut down, because Red Point filed a copyright claim against a listing of mine - ( All my own pictures, proof of authenticity & my own description ). I am a TINY business selling only authentic products & zero threat to anyone, which is what makes this so hilarious. What a waste of resources.
It just makes me think negatively of the company (DAKINE) that makes the products that they would trust stuff like this to a company that is so incredibly incompetent.
Won't be buying their products anymore personally or buying them to sell on to others.
Congrats Dakine, & Red Points
RedPoints Fake Automated DMCA Bot
RedPoints uses automated bots to scan for copyright infringement. But the truth is, their system is lazy and poorly built. It often sends DMCA takedown notices for URLs that have nothing to do with copyrighted content.
This kind of carelessness isn’t just annoying, it’s harmful. Many website owners and creators who follow the rules are getting hit with false takedowns. This can hurt traffic, SEO, and even reputation.
RedPoints, stop abusing the DMCA system. It’s not a joke. Your sloppy, automatic reports are affecting real people and businesses. If you’re going to send takedowns, do it properly by hand (use human).
Google & Bing should avoid and blacklist this service.
Do not trust their AI model. Stay Away
Disgusting bullies who have really got it wrong. If you're a global enterprise company who is thinking of using this company, stay away as they are clearly not doing their jobs properly.
I listed 2 Starbucks x Stanley Stainless Steel tumblers on my vinted page and to my surprise recieved a very threatening and insulting message from Vinted this morning to say that my Vinted account has now been banned for 30 days after receiving an allegation from Redpoint that my products are counterfeits. It was very clearly stated on my listing that i purchased these products from Starbucks in Japan, whom sell a range of Starbucks x Stanley collaboration merchandise. Redpoint have clearly taken no time to acknowledge that Starbucks Japan have a licensed partnership with Stanley and that many Starbucks stores around the globe sell items in collaboration with Stanley.
I am absolutely disgusted by their lack of dilligence and would like to send Redpoint a clear reminder that such allegations can lead to defamation lawsuits. As someone who has always despised fraudsters and counterfeit products, I find it extremely offensive to have received such an email.
As a result of their false and poorly reviewed allegation, i will now be loosing out on 30 days of sales on my vinted page, of which i sell my 2nd hand items to supplement my income.
Not only is Redpoints's allegation false, it is also damaging and defamatory.
Quite embarrassing that big global companies like Stanley are paying for Redpoint services, who are clearly using very poorly constructed AI models which go after the "little people" who are selling their 2nd hand clothing and a few other bits on Vinted. Get yourselves on Etsy, Ebay etc where you can easily find sellers with 20,000+ sales from listings that are very clearly fakes.
It seems apparent after looking at other reviews that perhaps Redpoint are just doing some basic key word searches via their AI model to look for branded items. And anything that looks like its not been used is then being inmediately flagged as counterfeit, with no additional checks on the listing descriptions or product tags etc. Taking this approach would mean inflated figures to show off to their clients.

Looks like a scam company
I am a copywriter, and my website has all content written by me. Recently, I wrote a review about a VPN site, and I got a DMCA notice for removal. Red Point Solutions is a fake company; they know nothing about DMCA. I have spoken with my lawyer. I will sue them!!
My team write free review and tips on…
My team write free review and tips on using their client's product and they ask us to take down the article. Frankly, it’s infuriating. We create detailed, no-cost promotional content that not only helps users navigate their software but also gives their client invaluable, organic publicity. Yet instead of appreciating this mutually beneficial exposure, Redpoints is waving the infringement flag like it’s some sort of holy decree.
This organization is crap
This organization is crap. They eliminated my ebay listing sighting items as fake. I bought my items on nordstrom website. And they had plenty of items from the brand I was selling. They dont care to do any homework on the items. I don't even have enough pics to show that the item is fake or real
Very Questionable Company - Beware
I listed a genuine item on eBay. Someone at this company or an AI bot there asked eBay to remove my listing claiming that the item was not genuine.
Poor practices and very poor customer services. No phone number to contact. The response to my email complaint was likely generated by an AI bot, not a human, because it did not address my complaint.
Another email was not responded to.
Poor Reviews are from Infringing Sellers not Brands
If you are a brand or manufacturer of consumer goods and wish to monitor/protect/enforce your IP across the web globally, Red Points is the best solution.
Most 1 star reviews for Red Points are from the ebay/Amazon sellers who have infringing listings that are taken down and become angry thereafter.
Red Points will help you clean up the entire ecosystem, get rid of infringing listings, and allow you to focus on going after the most critical targets.
Highly recommend.
