I cannot recommend Red Wigwam as there are very few jobs posted so you waste time checking the website for jobs.

I can't make contact with Redwigwam
They've gone completely quiet on me. I haven't been paid just for one shidt, my first shift.
I've put all my details on my profile and nothing.
No more texts, invalid phone numbers absolute silence!!
Think I've been scammed and I'm so worried now.

I've just seen the message 6.38pm. Ross was off sick. The email Ross had given me was 'comm' which was incorrect then I tried '.com' that didn't work, the mobile didn't work. Anyway, there's so much scamming going on. I became very concerned. I couldn't carry on with the chat through my account because the robot said not a valid email even though I'd logged into my account with that email.
I'm looking forward to resolving this with someone from Redwigwam because I really enjoyed my shift and representing your agency. I do need someone to call me.

The ending to my situation is a happy one.
My handler, Ross, was off sick yesterday that's why it went quiet. I panicked about scamming, the way of the world as we know it, i suppose and having been scammed once you don't forget.
Ross was back today. He called me and problem sorted in minutes. I dislike being technologically inept and a phone call with tutelage is so much easier than all this typing back and forth. Glad I spoke to Ross and now I know how to fill in my timesheet and it's not a scam.
Looking forward to plenty more shifts, meeting people and getting out of the house 🙂

This looks like a total Scam
I’m still not convinced that this company isn’t a total scam . I registered which includes giving them all your passport information but haven’t been able to register interest in a vacancy that actually exists, or even stay logged in to my account for long enough to do anything else. All I get is a doom loop saying you already have an account with us each time with no other options. When I log in again it then requests that I login to apply for a job(when I’m already logged in) and request a code and the doom loop starts all over again….I have tried to contact customer services but other than IA Chatbot BS there appears to be no way of contacting an actual human being and I received zero response from the Chatbot enquiry. Also every single alleged job opportunity I have tried to apply for is showing as already filled or not available.

Great extra income
Plenty of jobs for me to choose from, and always paid on time. Good payslip, that is very clear and easy to understand. If I have any questions, I use the chat feature, and they normally reply pretty quickly. I have been with them since 2021. Recommended.

A handy way for extra income
An easy to navigate platform with lots of little jobs to provide a handy earnings top up. Payments are always made promptly. I only use the platform for little odd jobs but there are bigger jobs on there occasionally.

Great opportunities from a great company
Red Wigwam offers a great variety of jobs - purchase and review, brand and product merchandising and myriad other opportuities for flexible working. I mostly do the purchase and review jobs and I can absolutely recommend them. I have found the team at RWW most efficient and helpful if the are any issues, they are friendly, pay regularly and to me are a top notch company. Heartily recommend them.

Great idea
I love the whole idea of RedWigWam, with easy to understand instructions and fast payment. The support staff are friendly enough and although they can take a while to reply, they always eventually do. It would be nice to be able to see who gave us which rating, but the admin are quick to rectify any unfairness, regardless.

We need your proof of identity to allow us to check your right to work in the UK. You don't have to complete this until you want to book a job, but you won't be able to work without it. If you have never worked for us, we can delete your account - please email sue@redwigwam.com with the email address and name you used when creating the account and we will be able to assist you.
Very happy employee, always paid on time.
I’ve been using RedWigWam for around 5 weeks now, I am impressed! I get paid on time each week, I get all the info I need for my job in a clear brief that arrives quickly in my inbox. I will continue with my little side hustle as it’s just easy to fit into my lifestyle. I wish there were more jobs in my area however I live in a med-small town in the midlands so I understand why.
