5 Stars – Outstanding Products and Even Better Customer Service
A couple of years ago, I purchased a sauna and cold plunge from Redwood Outdoors, and I've been thrilled with both ever since. Recently, I noticed that Redwood had introduced a new spa-style cover for the latest version of their cold plunge. It wasn’t listed for sale on their website, so I called to see if there was any way to purchase one for my existing unit.
The customer service representative I spoke with was incredibly helpful. Although the cover wasn't available for my model at the time, she took the time to research it, collected my information, and promised to follow up if anything changed.
About two weeks later, she called me back and asked for my shipping information. Before she sent it, I asked what the cost would be—and to my surprise, Redwood sent me the new cover completely free of charge!
The cover arrived quickly, and after installing it, I can honestly say it's a game changer. It secures tightly to the cold plunge, does a much better job of keeping the water cold and clean than the original wooden top, and includes keyed locking buckles that help prevent children from accidentally gaining access. It's a thoughtful design and a significant upgrade.
Beyond the exceptional customer service, I continue to be extremely happy with both my sauna and cold plunge. They've had a tremendous positive impact on my health, wellness, and overall enjoyment. Whenever friends or family come over, they're immediately drawn to them. I constantly get asked where I bought them, and after seeing them in person, people usually start talking about getting their own.
It's rare to find a company that stands behind its products and customers this well. Redwood Outdoors has earned a customer for life, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a sauna or cold plunge.

i ordered the flat flooring in my barrel and i wasn't notified that it was on back order until i inquired about it. it would have been nice to know as soon as i ordered as i would have built my own. secondly, i ordered 4 sauna hats that didnt get delivered and when i inquired about them, last week, i still havent heard anything.

Metal roof is leaky
The sauna itself is great. Easy to build and solid construction. The roofing is the main problem. I paid for the metal roof, which I would not have done had the description mentioned the shingles included with the sauna. However, I followed the directions perfectly and the roof leaks in rain. There is no real moisture prevention, so I am now having to seal the entire roof after springing multiple hundred dollars for a "nicer" metal roof which is worse than tar shingles would have been at no extra cost.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Redwood Outdoors. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding, and Brad was incredible to work with throughout the entire process. He was always quick to answer my questions, offered honest advice, and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Even after the installation, he continued checking in to make sure everything was working properly and that I was happy with the sauna. That level of customer service is hard to find.
The quality of the sauna exceeded my expectations. I purchased the Duo Outdoor Sauna with the Harvia Spirit heater and it has been amazing. It heats up quickly, looks beautiful in our backyard, and has become something my entire family enjoys almost every day. You can really tell the craftsmanship and attention to detail are top-notch.
If you’re thinking about buying a sauna, I highly recommend Redwood Outdoors. Between the quality of the product and the outstanding support from Brad, the entire experience has been first class. It has been one of the best investments we’ve made for our home, and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Redwood Outdoors again.

Visited the Stone Way store and worked…
Visited the Stone Way store and worked with Carson and Liz. They were a pleasure to work with and were very knowledgeable on the sauna's. Ended up purchasing the 3 person Cove. Sauna arrived packaged extremely well making the 2,500 mile journey with no damage. Used their tech support department a few times during assembly. Could't be more happy with my purchase.
Only thing is I wish they would not be out of stock of so many accessories on their web site.

I've been extremely happy with my Sauna.
I've been extremely happy with my Redwood Outdoors sauna. The quality exceeded my expectations, especially for the price point. The materials feel solid, the fit and finish are excellent, and the assembly process was straightforward.
The sauna heats up quickly and holds temperature very well. I went with the Harvia 8kw heater, and it has performed flawlessly.
What impressed me most was the overall build quality. The wood is beautiful, the design looks great in the backyard, and it's become one of the most-used features at my house. It's been a great investment for both relaxation and recovery after workouts.
Customer service was also responsive whenever I had questions during the buying process.
If you're considering a Redwood Outdoors sauna, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. I've had a great experience and would absolutely buy it again.

Great Sauna — excellent support
While the delivery of the popular model we purchased took a while, it was worth the wait. As Finns we know saunas — and this is a real one. Whole family is super happy with it.
There was some minor damage from transportation. Their team has been going above and beyond in sending replacement parts with no questions asked. They truly are looking after their customers. Thank you!
