Reef Avis 82

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes and they shipped it to the wrong address. I emailed support before shoes where even shipped (within a few minutes of placing an order) and all they told me was tough luck try having UPS change it once its shipped.

UK customer service a nightmare ,im still waiting for my refund the company is a joke,theyve committed thief by not getting in touch.

The customer service (or lack of it) in the UK was at best not fit for purpose.
I have been a loyal Reef customer since 1997, however having accidentally purchased the wrong size for a gift, when I contacted customer service to ask for an exchange (not refund) was meeted with a blank refusal as over 30 days..
Not even willing to help..
Reef have now lost a loyal customer who has spend £££££ over the years over a £45 sandle..

I bought a pair of Reef Cushion Bond. I wore them for 2 days I got the worst sores from the shoes that I had to wrap the shoe plus my feet in gauze. I emailed customer service at Reef and was informed tough - they only except unworn shoes as returns. My problem if the shoes cut my feet up. Have to say this is the work customer service I have ever dealt with.

Love all the Reef sandals I own. Comfort and stylish!

I have owned many pairs of Reef sandals and I have always loved them. I have exclusively bought nothing but Reef sandals until now! I contacted customer support regarding my latest purchase and sent pictures of the sandals and how bad they were falling apart and they were fairly new. The company could care less and basically dismissed my complaint. I know I’m just one person, but I have spent thousands of dollars with Reef just in sandals and to be treated like I didn’t matter was completely unacceptable . I will never purchase another pair of sandals from Reef again! Completely disappointed! Consumer beware!

Man muss sich hier schon sehr sicher sein das alles passt und gefällt.

Zwei Paar Sandalen bestellt, nur ein paar wurde geliefert. Trotzdem wurden beide Paare abgerechnet. Außerdem gegensätzliche Informationen bzgl der Retouren - auf der einen Webseite liest man das man einen Rücksendebeleg bekommt zu dem man vergünstigt retournieren kann. Am Ende muss man alles auf eigene Kosten in die Niederlande schicken.

Ich kann mich den schlechten Bewertungen hier für Produkte von REEF nur anschließen und den Kauf von flip flops von Reef nur abraten, da die Qualität des Produkts im meinen Fall für 79,95€ sehr mangelhaft ist. Die Schuhe waren wenig getragen und nach kurzer Zeit schon kaputt. Der kontaktierte Kundenservice ist nicht hilfreich und versendet standard antworten, (obwohl Fotos gesendet) man solle sich an den Verkäufer wenden. Ich wünschte ich hätte schon vor dem Kauf hier die Bewertungen gelesen, dann hätte ich mir den Ärger und Geld gespart.

Received a defective pair of sandals in May, sent in everything that they requested for a return and as of now customer service has done nothing but send form letters and Reef is impossible to communicate with via phone. That was my first pair of Reef sandals and it will be my last.

Bought a pair of cushion cloud roa sandals in Maui, HI right before the store burned down. Back at home, wore them a few times and the buckle broke on one shoe! Now I’m out $71.00. Can’t return them now.

Really bad quality and customer service. Brought a new pair in April 23 and they haven’t lasted four months. Expensive sandals and the fabric has worn away and peeling back, I was told they have been well worn and they are not Brocken. Are they designed to be worn or put on a shelf?

I sure wish I had reviewed the Reef before I spent SO much money on these sandals. Hard to walk in because they won’t stay on my feet. Slide all over the place. VERY DISAPPOINTED. VERY!!! Do not recommend.
UPDATE: Called Reef’s Consumer Care number. They do not take calls. Suggest emailing them. I did that and received message back that my email was “blocked”. So much for Consumer Care.

Wie ich jetzt er leider sehe, ist dieses Unternehmen ein grosser Betrug.
Ich habe Ende Juli 5 Paar Schuhe online auf reef.eu bestellt und mit Kreditkarte bezahlt.
Ich habe eine Bestätigung der Bestellung erhalten, später sogar eine Trackingnr.
Mit dieser Trackingnummer ist jedoch eine hässliche Schirmkappe geliefert worden.
Ich habe mich über den Kundenservice gemeldet und es wurde mir zwei unakzeptable Vorschläge gemacht. Bzw. meiner Meinung ist es eine Lüge, dass mein Lieferung verloren ging. Warum schicken Sie mir dann etwas mit der gleichen Trackingnummer, was ich gar nicht bestellt habe!
Jedenfalls wollten Sie mir 36 % vom Geld zurück erstatten und ich kann die Kappe behalten!
Das ist eine absolute Frechheit. Ich hoffe, dass bald rechtliche Schritte gegen diese Firma eingeleitet werden.

Flip Flops der Tochter haben keine Woche gehalten, dann löste sich die Beschichtung. Kassenbon des Ladens nicht mehr vorhanden und der Reef Kundenservice fühlt sich nicht zuständig, weil ich deren Schuhe in einem anderen Shop gekauft habe.
Mit Service hat das nichts zu tun. Miserabel! Nie mehr Reef!

Wow, I wish I had read the other reviews on this site before purchasing an $80 pair of flip flops from Reef. Ordered mid-June 2023. Never arrived. Eventually UPS said they were lost and to contact Reef. Multiple messages, email, and call to customer service with no response. It is now mid-August so apparently after two months they will be keeping my $80. This is straight up stealing and no recourse to be had by the customer when Reef will not respond. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced. I will most definitely never order from them again. Also, posted reviews of them on their website (which they asked for in response to my purchase BTW) and shocker they were not made public on the website. NEVER AGAIN.

I got the package containing wrong shoe. (I ordered ‘women’s cushion vista hi’ but received ‘men’s water shoes’ instead) The packing slip was correct for the shoe I ordered, they just put the wrong shoe in...so there is no way I can make a return. I emailed them on June 23 regarding this issue but didn’t get any reply. I’ve never seen this bad customer support. 0 star!

Zero customer support. Issues can't be resolved.

Sent me another customer's order. Wrong style, wrong size (sent size 10- I wear size 7, so for sure no good to me. I have tried to call company- don't answer. Sent emails- don't answer. I am working with credit card company to get my money back. I don't know how they stay in business.
