Reef Knots Avis 

After having had far too many misses (and some ridiculously expensive misses) than hits purchasing polos/shirts and jumpers for my husband, in shops and online, I was very hesitant to try Reef Knots but the prices were very good and the clothes looked great on the website so decided to give them a go. ABSOLUTELY fabulous! Having just bought just one jumper, we were so delighted that the word quality had come alive that we immediately ordered another jumper and two polos. Arrived swiftly, beautifully packaged and size/quality just as promised. Will not be buying any more big brands this Christmas for anyone.

I ordered the wrong size and the process to exchange it was easy and at no cost. I was impressed by their customer service and love the product.

Customer service very good and no problem getting refund but I was shocked at the quality or should i say lack of quality of the polo shirts bought. Advertised as premium materials and build but that is not what i received. Feel I have to tell potential purchasers of my experience. Message to owner Patrick (who did speak to me directly) People will pay more but the goods have to back that up.

I ordered a small zip jumper, which was incorrect, which I returned for a refund. I then reordered the right size ( missing out on the sale this time).
The new jumper was great quality and the refund was action quickly without fuss.
I will be purchasing again

I just can't help myself - yet another Reef Knot product bought. However this time not for myself but for my Grandson aged 17. A royal blue T shirt which he loved. Obviously he has impeccable taste for a great British clothing brand just like his Grandfather

Good quality polo shirt which fits really well. I followed this up by purchasing two sweatshirts which were also very good. My best experience in on-line clothes buying.

I’ve been buying Reef Knots clothes for quite a long time now and was initially drawn to the company for two reasons. Firstly their commitment to the environment (a huge plus 👏 ) and secondly was the quality of the materials they use to make their lovely clothing items.

However, recently I have noticed that the quality of the fabric they use for their shorts isn’t as robust as the fabric they used previously. The new shorts feel thinner in terms of texture and I’m not sure how long they will last (I’m still wearing quite a few old pairs of shorts with no appearance of deterioration).

I appreciate that clothing goes through different fabric cycles over time but I would question the new “organic” fabric in terms of longevity of the shorts. That said they still look great, fit perfectly, and are always dispatched in super quick time. I’m a really big Reef Knots fan, will continue to buy their fantastic clothes, so look forward to seeing their autumn range of clothes soon 🙂
