well I am happy and pleased with the phone and side car for the phone I bought. However even if the phone is great the manual that comes with the phone and side car sucks as it does not have any info on how to program either one and there is no complete info on how to add numbers into the side car or phone I am finding info but none of it is complete enough to make it work as it should

everything went well except the shipping
everything went well, the only hiccup was we paid for Fedex standard overnight and your shipping department shipping it out Fedex ground, which slowed down the project we were working on. They did refund the shipping costs, but would have rather had the product when we needed it.

I needed a part ASAP
I needed a part - same day - and they are local enough in Florida to give a try. Their agent stayed online with me to find the part I needed (actually a newer version) until i had what i needed. Picked the part up at their office and my client was back in business. Can't ask for more from a supplier.
We've also ordered from them for other clients (mainly GrandStream products).
100% satisfied.
