ReelCrafter has been the go-to for ... crafting reels! It's been an invaluable tool for promotional efforts, pitches, and intercompany marketing. They are constantly iterating, refining, tweaking, troubleshooting, and adding new features to make the tool as useful and helpful as possible.
Been using Reelcrafter since Day One.
It’s a fantastic, flexible service for composers (that’s me), songwriters, audio post-production designers and engineers — anyone who wants to present their media work in a controlled environment that they can design to their liking.
Reelcrafter offers an array of ways to present your work — both audio and video — from standalone demo PAGES to embedded reel playlists off-site, to custom reels for specific clients and prospects using personalized URLs.
The metrics provided for viewed reels are, well, INCREDIBLE.
The user back-end is ridiculously comprehensive, giving you a flexible environment for managing your library.
They also have a great Help library.
And finally, even though I’ve never met them in person, Sam and Sarah are super-nice folks, and they’re very responsive to communications.
I can’t recommend Reelcrafter enough!
I have been using the Reelcrafter platform for over five years. They are constantly making the platform better. They frequently appeal to their subscribers for ideas and then they actually use them. I could not be happier with the use I get out of Reelcrafter. I produce music for a lot of live performances. It’s nice to have a platform where I can confidently upload, rehearsal files, reference files, etc. and know it will look and respond professionally.

I’ve been using ReelCrafter on the paid tier since its early days. It’s easy to craft and share demo reels and I utilize the analytics on those shared reels for shaping the next one.

As a film composer and music producer, delivering pitches and keeping my music catalogue organized is key. I’ve been using ReelCrafter for several years now, and it has become an important part of my day-to-day workflow.
There are far too many useful tools to list here, but some of my favorites are the reel design customization, detailed tracking of pitched material, easy metadata tagging, and the ability to incorporate video and images.
And... I've saved the best for last: Sam and the team are always very responsive when the comprehensive help tools aren’t enough. They keep ReelCrafter updated, address bugs quickly, and genuinely listen to their users when considering new features.
It may sound like high praise, but after years of using it, I can back it all up. Important tool, great team. Highly recommended!
