I love the fact that I'm able to pay my bill online, but gravely disappointed that there's no option to pay the Reflex credit card payment by either a bank debit card or another debit/credit card. With bank fraud running so rampant ly in today's economic climate, All Consumers should have the option of paying their credit card payment using a debit card. ACH debit payments take extra time to report a positive payment history. Debit and credit card payments are much more manageable; it prevents fraud, and finally, it allows Continental Finance the ability to receive payments much faster. Hence, giving the Consumer better financial control over their account. It's a win-win for the Consumer and the Merchant! Besides, from what I was told, to call in, take at least 45 min to an hour by waiting to speak to a Representative, give them the debit card info, then be charged an additional $5.00 just to pay via debit card, Sounds Like a Lot, and is a waste of time. If CFS were to provide an additional optional to pay their bill with debit/credit payments, as well as by ACH debit through your checking account, this would be less cost effective! Thank you!

I can't remember her name but if you look back at the last conversation that I'm under with the last employee she was awesome patient I had a dilemma she waited through it with me and she's very respectful and very knowledgeable this lady deserved five stars by herself I wish I knew her name but I'm pretty sure you guys can pull.

Once I had gone through several automated system prompts and finally got to a real person, my reps attention to detail was refreshing. He was professional throughout the call, asking questions and providing genuine answers which had me puzzled, only because I thought I had already handled the activation a few years ago when I received the new card. He willingly assisted me to resolve the issue while I remained on the call and within a very few minutes, we were done. Even though it was a short call, he was very pleasant to speak with and I’m grateful for that. Keep up the good work.
