Customer service is on point!
Customer service is on point! They have always been impressively responsive and informative. If you need your hand held, they got you. If you're more independent, information is easily accessible. I am a return customer for a reason. Convenience is available everywhere. It's their price point and customer service that sets them apart.
I am a return customer. When I wanted to cancel the first time, it was quick, clear and immediate. When I wanted to renew a service I was treated with the same care as a new patient. 10/10.
