The website looked good. Shoes ordered. The wait began. Several weeks and updates on progress later a pair of shoes of lamentable quality turned up. Chalk this one up to buyer beware.

Scam- annoyed at myself for being fooled by this company! Took money in January, no comms, no phone number, have emailed several times with no response. No shoes after 60 days stay clear!

I've been completeley scammed

I've had the exact same experience as Laurence Richardson described. there has been no communication apart from vague emails with order tracking numbers that tell you nothing. All my emails have so far been ignored and I am not expecting to receive the shoes I ordered. I paid with a credit card and the statement shows the company in Ibiza Spain. Please do not use this company as it is obviously a scam.

Complete scam, reforestore.com pretending to be ‘founded by three Cambridge University students’ for its green virtue signalling, stating its location is London only to be a sweatshop somewhere in China and taking your money, never to deliver.
I ordered my shoes early in January 2024, not arrived yet, although already shipped. No communication and now tracking number and order number not recognised. Thankfully used PayPal rather than bank account details, so hopefully some protection from them completely cleaning out my bank account.

Its a scam, don't bother. Clearly not UK based, not sure if they even exist at all.

I would give zero if I could. Ordered a pair of shoes and received a shipping link from China which - almost a month on - hasn't even despatched. Was then told it's an error in their system and it's not from China at all - which is plainly a lie. It's not a British company as claimed and any attempt at cancelling the order and getting a refund is rebutted or ignored. Save your money, don't get scammed.

This company claims that its products are all manufactured in the UK and is the reason I ordered a pair of shoes from them. That was a month ago and the tracking information provided tells me that the shipment is delayed due to three week holidays affecting their factories (Chinese New Year?) The courier company is also a Chinese carrier. I raised this with them via their 'help' email address, only to be told that I had 'bad' information and that there was an 'error' in their shipping systems. Having asked when I would then receive my order in light of these errors there has simply been a resounding silence. This company is a fraud and is blatantly misrepresenting itself.

Don't bother. Send wrong sizes, don't refund. Don't communicate. Quality of shoes questionable.

Not a British company as claimed, not genuine leather, or made in Britain as claimed. Made in China. Slow delivery. Expensive to try to return shoes to an address in China, must be tracked and then the company says they will not refund as they cannot promise to receive them even with proof of postage. If you try to return a full price product, tracked postage cost is more than the item is worth. i.e. no free returns, just expensive returns if at all.
If it is a reduced sale price (which all the items seem to be) they will not accept the item back at all in any case. These terms are at the bottom of a very long page of terms. No paperwork with the shipment to help you in any way.
I cannot recommend them in any way. Alternative companies are selling exactly the same item much cheaper. I feel I have been deceived. Use Google picture finder to find the same thing elsewhere and cheaper.
PS. since using this company I've been inundated with scam emails purporting to come from everywhere , winnings and subscriptions expired etc
