Terrible experience and processes

Terrible experience and processes. Had to submit my drivers license to processes the refund request. I posted the return package back 2 days after submitting the return request. My account was credited for the refund, but then the refund plus more was taken from my account even though I got an email from AusPost saying the return was received by VRGGirl.

Absolutely SCAMS!!! Doggy company!

I would not give ONE STAR if I’ve got an option. This company is doggy as! Despite numerous attempt to communicate with them that it wasn’t my fault of the parcel of a returned item NOT being delivered. They continued to charge back my account many times. I’ve emailed them many times and of course - no one responded.
I’ve raised a case with Australian Post and Refundid meant to communicate with them for the lost parcel. It shouldn’t be my responsibility to worry about a parcel not being delivered, delayed or not scanned. I had to speak with CBA to make sure this company can be blocked from draining $ from my bank account.
It has been an absolute nightmare to deal with.

Easy to navigate and quick refund process

So easy to navigate and true to their word - money back in bank account within minutes. Only slight issue was it did not accept my bsb (Australia bank 032-885), so had to forfeit the refund to my husband’s account.

Most dodgiest company possible bought of showpo sends a message you have your refund! And there is no bloody refund! Give my money back!!! Don’t buy from showpo because they leave it up to you to deal with these idiots that say they refunded you but I have proof they stole my money! Give it back! Answer you emails!

Great that you get your money retuned immediately but don’t like that they take extra money for insurance and carbon offset without giving you the option. Where does the carbon offset money go?

It required too much personal…

It required too much personal information and I would have preferred to have gone through the usual channels to do my returns rather than a third party. The transfer of funds has not shown up in my bank account as stated and I am unsure why although Im guessing it’s a weekend thing although I can’t get hold of anyone to tell me anything at present.

I have been hacked and someone has set up a refundid account with my email, a secondary email and their bank account details. I have tried to get this issue resolved for 1 month. The customer service is disgraceful. Nothing has been resolved. Where can I escalate a complaint to?

SCAM!

Absolute scam. I followed all of the instructions, aus post said the item was returned, and then 3 days later refundid takes the money back out of my bank account ($400!!!) and claims the item was never received. I have sent several emails and they haven’t replied to any. Do not trust this service

Slow, provides false info and no details of process

First time using. Rarely return. Service is frustrating -- slow to respond and lacks transparency in details.
Simple graph shows item received, but no details of when it was received. Information is incorrect as supplier says I will be receive a refund and this service shows gift card. Found this service not to know the details. Maybe they know the basics but that does not help you. They told me false info as the pickup address was different to what they had in the system (item being returned was sent to me when I was up north). I logged a case and reply was so slow, item had already been returned. Correct info, you all DHL and request pickup . Seems like this service cannot handle anything but a refund that standard versus a refund that is happening because customer is unhappy with product or product quality.

Customer service how do you contact them??? I have sent 2 emails an filled out 2 contact forms. You are unable to call them. Yet I have read here great customer service 🙄

Amazing service

Amazing service, ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Aquila and the sizing was smaller than the others ordered previous, I ordered a larger size the next day and paid again as I did not want to miss out on the product.
When I looked into returning the shoes the refundit.com information was available and I applied, wow! it was instant and my refund was in my bank within seconds.
