I order an ostrich Jacket. I needed an extra small so I had to place that in the notes because it's special order. It doesn't give an option to select extra small. Well they did send the Jacket and it wasn't long at all. However they accidentally sent a small. So I contact the company because I took my jacket to my tailor to have it altered. It cost me $120. I contact Reggenza they notice the mistake and reimburse me $120 I spent at my tailor. They kept their promised and I have to say the Jacket is beautiful great quality I will order again without hesitation.

I recently made a purchase for a pair of shoes from Reggenza. Initially there was an issue with getting the correct size which resulted in having to send back the pair that I had originally received. Reggenza was relatively swift in helping me to do an exchange and even offered me a discount for the inconvenience. I ended up getting their python sneakers which are really comfortable to wear and classy looking. I would recommend them without reservations.

I ordered a blue ostrich jacket 1/20/24.They will dispatch the jacket in 2 days and then I will receive a tracking number. It has taken longer than I expected but Reggenza has been very kind in working out the details.They explained they wanted to use the best material.

I would have given 0 stars if I could. I ordered 2 pair of shoes almost 4 weeks ago. They still have NOT been shipped. I've tried calling, emailing, texting, live chat, everything I could do to get in contact with someone. From the time of purchase, I've emailed/called/text hundreds of times and only yesterday they responded asking me to confirm that I actually ordered the pair of shoes so that my order could be processed correctly. I responded immediately confirming my order and still no response back. This place is HORRENDOUS!!! I just want my order already. It's been almost a month with no communication. These were a gift for a friend's wedding and now the wedding has come and gone with NO SHOES, I'm becoming very upset and am going to report this company if I have not received my order by next week.

Is this company still trading? They are taking orders but there is no communication coming from them. The previous review here also reports the same issue. I have tried numerous times their Live chat which they supposedly "answer immediately" to no avail and have also tried to email and call them but there is no one ever answering. There is no notification on their website about them being closed for the moment either. Perhaps they just saved me from spending quite a bit of money with them. Shame! I might reconsider my review/delete it should they come back to life with a believable explanation. As of now this is sketchy behaviour from Reggenza. Proceed with caution people.

I placed my order almost a week ago. My jackets are yet to be shipped, and the worst part by far is that I have been trying to reach out (Email, WhatsApp, Call, and the website chat feature) to the company to inquire on the status of my order and there has been no response as of yet apart from the chatbot on the website!

My Jacket arrived and was BEAUTIFUL!!!..Top notch Quality!!...LOL actually would wear this 24/7 lol If possible-very Supple Crocodile Leather
