Punctual, reliable and comfortable taxi service
We have used Regional Cars 4 times this year for transfers to and from Gatwick airport. They are punctual, polite, friendly and reliable. We have plans to book with them again and highly recommend them.

Outstanding taxi experience with Ray
Outstanding taxi experience with Ray. He took us both ways to Gatwick and couldn’t have made the 3.30am pick up easier. Friendly, helpful and punctual, as well as being very calm and understanding when we somehow got lost in Gatwick and kept him waiting on the return journey. Will absolutely use for any future trips and highly recommend!

And once again we recently used…
And once again the we recently used regional cars for a booking to take us to the airport I would highly recommend them the car arrived on time to take us to the airport and our driver Michelle was lovy very friendly we also booked a return trip and it was on time and the lovely Michele was so helpful and considering it was 1.15 in the morning and throwing it down with rain we will definitely use them again and have already booked them for our next airport run.
And the most important thing about using them is you always know who your driver is as Ray & Michelle own the company and don't have any drivers so it will always be Ray or Michelle that will collect you or return you to your destination

Used Regional Cars for first time on 21.4.23 then for return trip on 24.4.23. Ray and Michelle were punctual, friendly and we felt very safe and comfortable with them. Would highly recommend this husband and wife team.

Good for airport transfer
Pick up from home arrived early but I wasn’t rushed. Cases not collected from my door but were put in the boot for me. Straightforward drop off at the airport.
Pick up from the airport arrived 45 mins after landing. I was ready sooner so I had to wait.
Both Ray and Michelle are very pleasant and trips are priced well.

Hi Louise,
I’m so sorry that you were not 100% happy with our service, I collected you from your gated flats exactly as instructed, I called you when at the gates exactly as instructed, you advised as to the gate entry code, you then advised me where to park by the White blocks, again, I did exactly as instructed. we had NO instructions whatsoever as to a flat number or what block you were in, so again, I did exactly as instructed, you then arrived from no were at our car with the cases, and was NEVER given the option to collect your cases, I again did exactly as instructed, please trust me/us, given the opportunity, “WE WOULD AS ALWAYS” would of collected your cases “AS WE ALWAYS DO”.
As per your collection, as we advised you upon your landing, we left base, this is normally a 45 minute journey for us, 45 minutes is normally a guide time for passengers to disembark, collect baggage and clear customs, so sorry we CANNOT control how long this will take, so you came through quickly, and not happy to wait 10 minutes, then I’m sorry, there is ZERO we can do about that. We CANNOT AND WILL NOT break speed limits for anyone.
Sorry again you were not 100% happy with our service. I thought I/we did my very best as aw always.

I got an immediate response re price to Gatwick Airport for a family of 5
Michelle arrived on time and was super friendly during the trip
We arranged a return trip from Gatwick Again, Michelle was great at coordinating our pick up from Gatwick to home

Regional Cars - Excellent Service
Regional Cars provided an excellent airport taxi service for trips to and from both Heathrow and Gatwick airports this year. Their people carriers are clean and very spacious. The communications for the bookings and pick-ups were first class. Ray and Michelle are extremely personable too. Highly recommend this fantastic service.
