I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with RegisterKaro regarding company closure services. Initially, I was informed that the entire process would be completed within one month, which was a key factor in my decision to proceed and make the payment.

However, after the payment was made, I was suddenly told that the process would actually take up to two years. This critical information was never disclosed beforehand, which feels misleading and raises concerns about transparency and ethical practices.

Additionally:

I was not informed about the concept of a credit note before making the payment.
After raising concerns and requesting either a refund or the option to use the credit note for GST payments, there has been no proper resolution even after 3 weeks.
Communication has been extremely poor — calls are not answered, and follow-ups are ignored.

The compliance team’s behavior has been especially concerning:

Responses are vague, unhelpful, and often rude.
Team members (who identified themselves as Muskan, Ranjit, karthik and Deepak) were highly unprofessional and did not provide clear answers.
Given the overall experience, I am unsure if even the names provided were accurate.
Overall Experience:
Lack of transparency before payment
Misleading timelines
Poor post-payment support
Unprofessional and unresponsive team

This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend RegisterKaro to others, and I will not be using their services again.

Worst Experience

Worst Experience – Fraud-Like Service

I had a very bad experience with Registerkaro. They promised services like GST registration, DSC, ESIC, and PF, but failed to deliver anything on time. Even after repeated follow-ups, there was no proper response from their team.

Calls are ignored, messages are not answered, and emails go unanswered. Once the payment is done, their behavior completely changes. There is no professionalism or customer support.

This feels like a complete waste of money. They make big promises but do not fulfill them. It also looks like their positive reviews are fake and posted by their own team, not genuine customers.

I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this company and not trust their services.

**Very Poor Service – Not Recommended**

I had a very disappointing experience with Registerkaro. They failed to complete my GST registration despite multiple follow-ups. Their service is extremely unprofessional — no proper response on calls, messages, or emails. It feels like once you make the payment, they completely ignore you.

This has been a total waste of money and time. There is no accountability, no proper support, and no commitment to customer satisfaction.

Also, it seems that many of the positive reviews available online are not from real customers but possibly from their own team, which is misleading.

I strongly advise everyone **not to register with them**. Please be careful before trusting such services.

The Registerkaro team is not completing GST registration

I am not recommending RegisterKaro to any startups; they wasted 4 months of my time. The Register Karo team is not completing the services that they have offered us on time. They have been wasting our time and money. It's been 4 months, and they still haven't completed our GST registration.

After a long wait and multiple reminders through emails, calls, and messages, my case with Register Karo has finally been resolved.

I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Ankit and Mr. Ansh for their continuous support and efforts in helping me throughout this process. Their assistance made a big difference in resolving my case.

It's been a week- NO RESPONSE and POOR…

It's been a week- NO RESPONSE and POOR SERVICES reluctance in services, despite making advance payment for package provided by sales executives from registerkaro and also uploading all required documents as asked on mobile app and guided by sales executives towards my Partnership deed, MSME, PAN and GST application. things are stuck and seems we are wasting time, efforts, and money with Registerkaro team.

Title: Paid ₹1000 token but never got refund despite immediate cancellation – complete silence from team

I paid ₹1000 on 29th March 2026 as token for LLP registration with RegisterKaro. The very next day (30th March) I changed my mind and requested a full refund via email, as no work had started.They asked me to raise a ticket on their website. I did so on 31st March – Ticket TKT-69cb4d63566da8fad944d6db assigned to Mr. Shubham Bharti. It has now been more than 9 days with zero response, zero update, and their customer care number doesn’t even get picked up.Their own policy mentions a 1-day cooling-off period for full refund when no service is provided. Yet they have completely ignored my repeated follow-ups. This is clear deficiency in service.Extremely poor customer support and unethical handling of refund requests. I had to escalate the matter and am now forced to approach consumer forums. Strongly advise everyone to think twice before paying any token amount to RegisterKaro

very pathetic and extremely worst service - Scamming

HI i am vijay,
i wanted to do a PVT ltd company and startup India registration, i made the complete payments on 23rd of March 2026. it was promised the work would be completed by 30.03.2026 but to my surprise work initiation is not happening after payment no contact. One Mr. Ritesh was desperately following up for payments after the payment till now no response to calls or message. Only one Miss Himanshi trys to communicate and assign some one but no one is attending. its like scamming you after getting your money. would definitely not recomend any one to get into their aggressive and very high promises.

All statements below are based on screenshots, timestamps, and RegisterKaro’s own messages.

This is Part 2 of my documented experience with RegisterKaro.
This timeline shows exactly how long this has dragged on and how it has put my company — and multiple professionals — at a complete standstill.

1. Timeline of Delays and Contradictions

September 2025 — Engagement Begins
This is when I first engaged RegisterKaro.
From the start, communication was inconsistent and documentation unclear.

October–November 2025 — DSC Contradictions Begin
RegisterKaro repeatedly gave mutually incompatible statements about the DSC:
- “DSC done”
- “DSC expired”
- “DSC not done because OTP missing”
- “DSC was used to sign SPICe+”
- “SPICe+ couldn’t be filed because DSC missing”

These statements cannot all be true.

December 2025 — Incorporation Filed Without Approved Documents
- They used a registered office address I never approved.
- They ignored the corrected lease agreement I provided.
- They never explained what documents were actually used.
- They never provided the signed incorporation bundle.

January 2026 — Automated Errors & Ignored Messages
- Incorrect “Advance Tax Due” messages were sent for a company not eligible for advance tax.
- Refund requests were ignored.
- Multiple messages went unanswered for days or weeks.

February 2026 — Contradictions, New Numbers, and Review Pressure
- Multiple representatives contacted me from different numbers.
- Each gave a different explanation.
- One representative asked me to remove my Trustpilot review before resolving anything.
- No documents were delivered.
- No refund was processed.

12–13 February 2026 — Final Contact
After I asked for:
- documents
- refunds
- explanations for contradictions
- and a timeline

RegisterKaro went silent.

No responses since mid‑February.
No documents.
No refund.
No accountability.

This means the issues have been ongoing for over six months, with zero resolution.

2. Upselling and Paid Services Never Delivered

After the initial incorporation fee, RegisterKaro upsold me an additional £250 package, promising a long list of essential services, including:

- 11‑month virtual office
- lease agreement
- NOC
- utility bill
- DSC handling
- post‑incorporation compliance
- bank account assistance
- GST/MSME support
- document management
- advisory and ongoing support

None of these services were delivered.

Despite paying for them, I received:

- no virtual office documents
- no lease agreement
- no NOC
- no utility bill
- no DSC token
- no signed incorporation bundle
- no compliance support
- no bank account assistance
- no GST/MSME filing
- no advisory
- no follow‑through

When I asked for refunds for these undelivered services, RegisterKaro:

- ignored messages
- deflected questions
- sent template responses
- contradicted themselves
- and eventually went silent

This is not a misunderstanding — it is a pattern of taking payment for services that were never delivered.

3. Direct Questions That RegisterKaro Never Answered

Throughout this process, I asked RegisterKaro multiple clear, direct questions.
They ignored or contradicted every single one.

A. What documents were actually used for incorporation?
I never approved the registered office documents they used.
They never explained what they filed.

B. Why was the DSC status changing constantly?
I asked repeatedly:
- Was the DSC done?
- Was it expired?
- Was it used to sign SPICe+?
- Was it never completed because OTP was missing?

They never gave a consistent answer.

C. Why were no signed PDFs or incorporation documents provided?
I asked for:
- SPICe+
- MoA
- AoA
- INC‑9
- AGILEPRO
- the incorporation bundle
- the DSC token

None were provided, and no explanation was given.

D. Why was the virtual office never delivered despite payment?
I asked for the lease agreement, NOC, and utility bill.
They never sent them and never explained why.

E. Why were the automated messages incorrect ?
I received automated messages about:
- "Advanced tax due"
- "Documents missing"
- "Servers down"

There own staff admitted these were incorrect, but no correction or explanation followed.

F. Why was i being upsold £500 when basic services were incomplete, unnecessary and unaffordable?
I asked why i was being sold additional services when:
- DSC wasnt done
- Documents werent delivered
- incorporation wasnt complete
- virtual office wasnt provided

No answer was ever given.

G.Why was my refund request ignored?
I asked for a refund for undelivered services.
They ignored the request entirely.

This is not just a "VERY BAD EXPERIENCE"
This is a documented operational obstruction lasting over six months.

I had registered my LLP through…

I would like to update my previous review.

After rechecking the MCA records, I found that Form 3 (LLP Agreement) was already filed on time. The confusion was due to my misunderstanding while checking the portal.

RegisterKaro had completed the required compliance properly. I appreciate the quality of their work and really liked their services.

Apologies for the earlier confusion, and thank you for your support.
