With any company, 99% of all transactions are problem free. What sets certain companies apart is how they deal with the 1%.

I bought a bundle of multiple boxes of dishwasher tablets which were on offer (Purum) which did not meet expectations. I requested a return of the unopened boxes for a pro-rata refund. Return postage of the unused ones was at my expense, which is fair as they're not faulty, just not as effective as other brands, even other eco brands.

I dealt with a chap called Craig, who was courteous and professional. As the refund was for an unused portion of a bundle, the offer of a refund for the unopened packs was a goodwill gesture, not a legal obligation, so I accepted store credit, which was issued without quibble and he even got back to me to suggest alternatives.

I have no wish to force losses on small businesses but nor do they prioritise profits over customer satisfaction. As such, I felt the way I was treated was more than fair and worthy of praise, hence the unsolicited review.

We bought the dishwasher leaves which I really wanted to work so that we can cut down on packaging and plastic covered detergent capsules. Sadly crockery, glasses and cutlery were left smeared despite trying different dishwasher settings.

Advertised as poo bags. These are not bags. They are single sheet of plastic. No handles, no means to keep your hands clean. I will not buy again.

I love this product and customer service are lovely also. It is great to speak to a Human and be helped .
I have tried other washing sheets but I now stay with this one

the experience was fine. A very efficient provider. Very quick, no time to change an order, bosh zoom , its out of the door and on its way.

The product.. shipped from China, - its about money not CO2. probably will purchase the alternative.

Easy to navigate site, great prices and products.
Did fine it difficult to swap items in my subscription but new to site so email to customer services helped.

I bought some REGN laundry strips. They are exactly the same as other laundry strips. The only real difference is they are made in China and are cheaper.

After delivery, I then started to receive the standard rubbish marketing emails (would you like to try this, can you review us, try our new ,,,,etc.).

U tried to unsubscribe, but that doesn't work. I then went to the website to turn this off in my details, but there is nothing there, So it is impossible to stp these junk mails.

I then wrote to REGN asking them to stop, and got a response which is eithe sarcastic or they didn't bother.

In any case, I still haven't unsubscribed, and now have to report them to ICO to try and get this stuff stopped.

Super place to get lots of environmentally friendly products.

Good communication from company.
Ability to alter date of delivery.
Product well packaged with minimal waste.
Product works well.

Although my order took a little while to be delivered, they dealt with the issue I had in a very prompt and efficient way. I recommend this company!

I love the body butter but why does it come in tiny pots? I have a human sized body not a doll sized body

I have purchased the laundry sheets several times and love them. Scented or unscented the choice is yours. The detergent Pearls I have also used - they come in a small 'sack' which you just remove from the washing machine when finished. I would definitely recommend both for a very satisfactory wash.

Regn sent out our order quickly and we received it very promptly. What was even more impressive to me was the quality of their customer service. I realised today, two or three weeks after receiving our order, that an item appeared to be missing. I emailed the Regn team and within half an hour I had been emailed back and was offered some credit to my account to cover both the cost of a replacement item and its delivery. I've never had such an impressive level of customer service before, thank you! It's great to know that some companies still care about the customer.
