Karsen spent extra time with me, even though it was a free session. He was very generous in sharing a wealth of helpful information and followed up with an email summarising everything that we talked about, including links to useful information and websites. We were working to a very tight deadline to get the site developed, fully operational, tested and published. It was a six-week process and pushed the boundaries as to what’s possible. In addition, we began development in late November, and so Christmas was right in the middle of this project.

At no stage did Reign miss a beat. They worked hard, diligently and through the Christmas period to meet all timelines we set out at the beginning of the project. They were responsive and totally engaged.

The final result was outstanding. By working off the planning document that we completed at the beginning of the process, Reign had interpreted my vision perfectly. There were very few changes required as we moved through the testing and review stage.

Karsen and his team have immense experience and knowledge and were very patient with me throughout this process. Having never done anything like this before, I put my trust in them and they did not let me down.

The site has now been live for 3 months, and it is working perfectly. All integrations have been stable and the integration to my 3PL and accounting system has worked extremely well.

I have made a few enhancements to the site since it was published, and again the ongoing support from Karsen and the team at Reign is second to none.
