Granted, as these are "off market" mileage may vary in terms of readiness to exit and at what multiple (whether actionable or unreal expectations). That said, any edge is helpful in the SMB acquisitions space so I say Rejigg is a must have in the sourcing toolkit.

Their proactive approach means that searchers and search funds (among others) can save themselves the time, energy, and cost associated with cold outreach. Business owners, on the other hand, can skip the intermediaries and speak directly with prospective buyers to gain market insights first-hand. I've been able to connect with several business owners and have had great conversations, currently working on a second LOI from an introduction I had on the platform.
