They claim to ship within two business days. It's been 15 days since I ordered and my order has shown out for delivery for two days and still hasn't arrived.

Appreciated their prompt response to my issue. Very courteous and professional.

Set me up on a monthly subscription for 3 mo supply orders. When canceled they charged a restocking fee.

Product didn’t make a difference anyways.

They advertised a 6 month supply for $137. I have 2 dogs so I figured I would get 3 months for each. Unfortunately what they don't tell you is that is only for one chew a day. If your dogs are over 75 pounds it requires 3 a day. And because both my dogs are over that size my 3 month supply was cut down to 1. They haven't responded to my email so far.
Update: not only have they not responded to any of my emails, but 1 month after they shipped my "6 month supply" they tried to charge me again dor a subscription. This time for $50 more than the initial order was for. There is no record on there website of my email or phone number. There's no way to cancel or manage your subscription. The whole this is a total scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Ordered over 300 dollars of product from them and after 2 months never recieved any of it even though it shows delivered. No response from them and no available help. Very poor service.

I paid 50 dollars for one of their products and never received it. When I reached out they said it was verified that it was delivered so check with their delivery company. There is no way it was delivered. I live on a cul-de-sac with only 2 other houses and we are all very good friends. Very disappointed in their service.

customer service and website suck. they throw in different options that make ordering confusing. Several hours before confirmation of order, tried to cancel. they would not respond to customer support email and never answer phone.

Rejuvapaw says they have a,"90 day risk free guarantee, If you you are not happy they will re fund 100% of the cost. I cancelled further orders on August 25th. I have the email. They acknowledged the cancellation by email. On September 7th, I received $104 worth of product. My refund was $32.50. They said," keep the product" which was unopened and in the original package. Communicating with them by phone is impossible. I remain VERY unhappy with them.

i ordered 6 cans of turkey tail. never received the items. Emailed a few times, no response. No tracking. Now have to go to credit card for help to get my money back. Very frustrating because while i ve been waiting my dog is not getting the supplements.

I didn’t realize I had agreed to a subscription. Rejuvapaw was going to send more when I still have 4 months of chews left. They cancelled my order and issued a refund, while being extremely polite about it.
The chews seem to be helping my dog with his allergy itching. He was on Apoquel, but I switched to these chews. His doctor was fine with this. He has even started to lose weight from using these chews instead of the Apoquel. I definitely recommend this company because of their product and superb customer service.
