Besides it not working, now Relaxium has Dr Phil as a spokesperson! Phil has been sued on many levels, I.e., lying, etc.. this is now a laughing joke. Relaxium should be ashamed of itself.

I get the monthly Relaxium

I get the monthly Relaxium. I had changed pay option to another credit card and it had the card down I wanted, but it was still charged to original card. That is not a huge problem but we are trying to use only credit cards from one bank.

Good product but difficult to take

Sleep medicine came on a timely manner. Customer service was great. Relaxium helped me for quite awhile. It seemed like it just wasn't working anymore after taking for some time. Probably needed to take more of them but I struggle to take the large capsules. Wish they came in gummie form

It definitely helps me get to sleep

It definitely helps me get to sleep, but it doesn't help me stay asleep. I've been using it for a few years and I plan to continue using it. Getting to sleep easily is much better than tossing and turning over and over.

NOT recommended

A few weeks ago, after seeing the TV ad, I went to “tryrelaxium.com” and signed up for a free bottle.

What I got from the ad, and from reading the info on the site, was that I would get a free bottle with just paying for the shipping, and could cancel the automatic follow-on order within 17 days.

At the 15-day point, I signed back on and cancelled.

So, I was very surprised to see a $127 charge on my credit card two days later. I called to see what had happened, and was told that I had only cancelled the follow-on subscription and the $127 charge was for the “free” bottle (that I had been surprised to see was actually two bottles).

I was astounded, and said that I had not seen that in the information. The customer service guy said it was there. I said this was starting to sound like some kind of scam.

As I got more and more unhappy with the explanations, and the customer service guy was constantly talking over me, I finally told him in very stern terms that I was driving the conversation, not him, and to shut up and listen to me.

After that, I got the information that, if I sent back one bottle, the charge would be reversed (I didn’t see that on the website, either). So, I’m going to do that. I hope it works.

This is very bad. I tried it because I trusted Mike, and now am seriously questioning that trust. This is not the way an honest company operates. It may be that the web site didn’t explain it clearly enough, but that is really not an excuse – it should be crystal clear and easily discerned. I have designed web sites that deal with sales, and know how and why to make sure they work correctly.

If this was just a bad website design problem, responsible management would shut it down until the issues are resolved.

If this was by design, Mike should immediately disassociate himself from the company, and offer a public apology to those who also had a bad experience.

Either way, it's NOT recommended

When you call their number, the first thing you hear is Mike Huckabee telling you that, if there's anything you don't like, email him at mike at relaxium dot com - a real confidence builder, right?

I thought so, so I did email him, telling him the whole story presented above.

I can't say I was surprised, but I was disappointed that I never heard from him.

relaxium caused hospitalization

After several days of taking Relaxium I started having severe and persistent diarrhea. My Dr. asked if I was taking any new Medicine. Since the product is advertised as made with "natural ingredients" and "drug free" I answered "no". After two weeks I had to go by ambulance to the hospital where I remained for 3days. At the hospital I said a was taking a "natural" health product and the Drs. said "that was the cause."
Relaxium is a health hazard.

update 9.27.24 -- i received a full refund without a stipulation that i pay to return the unused capsules -- so that aspect is resolved satisfactorily -- product was still completely ineffectual for myself and my wife -- and judging by the trustpilot rating for relaxium -- we are in the majority of users -- buyer beware is the bottom line --

Did not work for me.

Advertising should inform that product doesn't work on everyone. Buy one get one free but buy one is four times the cost as the price at Walmart. Bad deal and bad experience for me. Cancelled subscription.

kathy zeleznik and her five star review are a bunch of crap. They're a bot used mlby relaxium to mislead people into buying the product. relaxium does not work. AT ALL. It made me have a nasty headache and I felt extremely nauseous, so much so that I eventually vomited.
I should have known better than to try anything that the trump worshipping cultist, mike huckaby is helping to peddle.
Stay far away; and if you do decide to try it, be prepared to be charged almost $130 and be shipped two more bottles on top of the $9 shipping for an alleged 'trial' bottle. If you don't like it and are trying to get a refund, be prepared for a long and drawn out battle to get even a fraction of your money back.

The reporting for Relaxium is deceptive and dishonest. I ordered and paid only $8.65 for shipping for 2 bottles. The fine print for opting out is deceptive. Either way, the first day I tried it the product, no help. Second day, my head is dizzy and not good. I decided I would cancel. I was given the run around on-line trying to cancel without a charge. I started over trying to cancel and again was given same message and now I was having to pay for 2 more bottles. Finally I got this number1-229-231-2903. After suggesting that I would call this a scam on my credit card, I was cancelled & credited!

I ordered their sample bottle

I ordered their sample bottle, took the pill the day I received it and threw up within an hour. I immediately called to cancel and they told me I would still be charged. This is a freaking scam. I used one of my credit cards, so I just called and reported the card lost or stolen. Never saw a charge from them after that.

The try the product is a scam, I just got a $119.95 charge today on my debit card, they are using the small print to justify the charge, I only gave my debit card for the $7.99 shipping charge and then out of nowhere charged my card again today, I asked for a refund and they refused. Buyer Beware…
