I had an excellent consultation with Dr Jo Hornbuckle. She was a good listener, and was very compassionate and understanding in her approach. She was knowledgeable, clear and informative. I felt I was in good hands. I am very happy with the service I have received from this company. They are well-organised, professional and friendly at the same time. I recommend them.

I felt heard and felt like the consultation was very positive. I feel confident going forward that I may be able to get real help with my condition.

Professional but kind and understanding. I felt I was genuinely listened too and I wasn’t made to feel uncomfortable or judged which is extremely important.

The comfort of talking to someone who does understand my problems

As a veteran the helpful staff helped me access a free medical consultation (normally £99) which meant I didn't have to risk pension money on discovering if I was eligable. Several times I've used the Oline Bot after a few questions I've been passed to really helpful staff a big plus in my mind. The online consultation and medical history exam was the most thorough I've ever had and the doctor was really helpful and straight forward and gave me a lot of confidence in them. Thankfully I was accepted and have started my medication and am already feeling the benefits, with the pain relief I was able to play a relaxing 9 holes of golf without painful stiffness cramps with the additional benefit of being so laid back my bad shots didn't make me tetchy a win all round. Seriously, the service I've received from the staff has been exceptional and I will definately be recommending Releaf to family, friends and those who could benefit from the treatments they offer.

Felt so relaxed as my anxiety I hate phone calls ,so a zoom was taking me well over the edge ,but was such a calm conservation and I felt Heard,I would recommend highly .

My appointment slipped my mind but I received a phone call from Saskia and she allowed me to jump on a bit late instead of accidentally missing it all together. She made me feel very listened to and explained everything to me. Even though I joined late I left the call feeling happy, reassured and listened to. Releaf has done a lot for me in the past year, I would highly recommend.
