I am on the east coast, they are on the west - a 3 hour time difference.
I ordered a few small items one evening, but the next morning I realized I need a couple of other items.
I called and left a voice mail asking if my 2 orders could be combined to save shipping costs, then I set a reminder to call back when they opened.
When I called back - 5 minutes after they opened - I spoke to a friendly gentleman, who pulled up my order and added my other items to it. He said he would go to the warehouse and make sure they boxed it all together. This probably saved me at least $15.00 in shipping. He didn't have to do it - as I didn't order everything at the same time, but he did.
No sooner did I hang up the phone from that conversation, I received a call based on the voicemail I'd left. I'd say this is prompt customer service as they were returning a call shortly after getting to work.
I will only use Reliable Hardware for my future needs.

So glad to hear your speaker grill was exactly what you expected. We cut these grills with nothing but a sheet metal sheer and a guy who knows his stuff! Measure twice, cut once! It's about as "hand made" as you can get. :)
