Scam. They take money immediately from cash app and you will never hear from them again. It’s funny how quick they take your money and will never send you another email or ‘confirmation’. They accepted that cash almost instantly from cash app. F them scammers. I hope you read this to avoid getting scammed.

I have order from them in the past(a year or 2 ago) without any issues but this last time here in november 2024 they took my order and money just like others are saying and not responding.

They took money and thats all: no shipping, never replied to my e-mails. Seems like website was set to steal money from customers.

Horrible experience took my money the next day never got a tracking email will not answer any emails there using this site to just scam people out of there money wich is against the law I advise people to report them to the ftc
Federal trade commission and cash app also the company in wich there website is on woo commerce and any other entities because they are there for scammers

Wish Id Known it is now a complete scam! They accepted money then ghosted me. No shipment, no response.

Don't waste your time or money. It's probably a scam.

I read over this company carefully before ordering and they seemed legit. The FAQ was a little bit of a red flag because they seemed to look for reasons to not respond or make things right with order issues.

I made my order, did everything like I was supposed to using Cashapp. Then heard nothing. I emailed them asking for a confirmation that they received my money. All I got in response was an automated email saying they don't respond to anything that can be found in the FAQs.

A month later. My order is still "on hold". I've reported them to Cashapp and requested a refund through the app. Pretty sure I'm just out the $20 but they should still be reported.

I don't think anyone actually works there anymore. If they are, they're just taking money and ignoring orders.

Ordered spores from them last month. Took my money, never got the merchandise, will not respond to any of my emails…AVOID!

Ordered 2x before with no problems at all. Like everyone else I'm seeing recently, I ordered on the 27th and they have not shipped and will NOT reply to an email. Also note, I've been nothing but polite and kind with them. They have some "we refuse to reply to things in the faq" policy and I had emailed before seeing that because the payment process was absolutely bizarre. I thought it was just me til I saw everyone else's reviews. I can't even believe this. 😔 It's hard times right now and they are obviously exploiting it.

Scammers. Ordered November 17th 2023 and heard not a peep. No response to 5 emails. It’s pretty clear they used to be legit. Had something happen and figured scamming folks was the move. Pretty sad for 40 dollars. Do not order from here.

Made an order two weeks ago and never have heard anything other than automatic bs email. I’m obviously not the first person to have this problem and has happend to others at previous times. Save yourself the stress and stick with spireworks. Awesome people and quick. They will actually talk to you if you need them.

Ordered over a week ago and paid through CashApp. No order confirmation or payment received confirmation yet, and I’ve now sent two emails. Like others have said recently, it seems like they’re not responding or sending out any orders, and you can’t dispute the claim if you use CashApp to pay. I recommend using a different site. :(

Order from them Feb 2023 - shipped on time. Ordered Dec 9 - has not shipped nor replying to multiple emails. Avoid paying with Cashapp . pay with Credit - that way you can dispute the charge if they don't ship.
(but they claim credit card system is down).
Conclusion: scammers

Made an order early October. Have not received it and they will not reply to my emails nor send me a refund I requested. AVOID.

Nothing they have done is great they don’t respond to emails I have not received product or had my questions answered on email about where my product is or if it was even paid for I use them once several months ago and it was fine. It does not seem so now.

I still have not received my order 24299 ordered on 10-13-2023. my card was charged. you have sent me many rate my order. How about sending me my order!

Purchased on 10/05/2023. Never received my order. Shipping label was made but the post office never received the package.
