DON'T USE THIS BOOKING COMPANY!!! They deserve a minus 10-star rating. They suck you in with a low quote and then the actual movers show up and the price is three times as much!! The actual movers... Voir plus

BEWARE! SCAM!
BEWARE! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! Called and spoke to a representative from this company named Shawn Williams and received a quote for moving. Stated I needed to sign and pay deposit to hold price. Was told there was a 48 hour cancellation policy. Signed and paid $1700 deposit but tried to cancel 5 MINUTES later. Their cancelation policy states that they have a 48 hour cancelation policy, but where they scam you is the sentence that states that if they assign a moving company within that 48 hours it is considered "services rendered" and you lose on deposit if you try and cancel. When I tried to cancel 5 MINUTES after paying deposit they said that they had already assigned my move to a mover and therefore I was unable to get my money back. How TF you assign a carrier in 5 minutes? When I asked for proof of this assignment (because they did not notify me that the move had been assigned) they gave me a company name and customer service number. I called this number and they did not have any information on me or my move. When I called back to customer service at Relocation Nation, they said "they had a signature and everything" of the assignment to this company but would not email me proof of said signature/assignment. I am now out $1700 and they have no remorse for what they are doing to people.
If I could give this company 0 stars…BEWARE!!
If I could give this company 0 stars I'd love that. They lied throughout the entire process, have disgusting business practices such as false advertisement (will claim they can deliver your items in 2-3 days, but really it's 4-6 weeks), withheld information (they take your items to a warehouse to store until a truck that's currently on that route can pick the items up and move them to your location, they do NOT take straight to your location if it's through multiple states), and they kept money from me for services that were never even performed. I requested the voice recordings from the phone calls several times in order to go to court and they've refused to give them to me even though they're supposed to provide those voice recordings. I went to BBB and opened a claim and the company lied to them in order to get their desired outcome even though they never shared the voice recordings from the 2 differing phone calls either. BBB is just as shameful as this company for allowing this to continue on despite the multitude of claims this company has against them. I was told on 12/2 that my items would be picked up and delivered to my household within 2-3 days after pickup and would remain on the truck the whole time, I was scheduling this for 1/12. I received a call on 1/11 that the movers would be late due to weather and I said that was fine, but asked if my items would still be delivered in 2-3 days despite the weather (I was supposed to begin working that week at my new job/new state), and they stated it doesn't take 2-3 days, it takes 4-6 weeks!! I inquired why (obvi shocked) and they stated the whole warehouse storage situation I mentioned above and even though I told them I wouldn't be able to accept these terms because that's not what I was told when I originally was quoted/contract I agreed to, they pretty much told me too bad that's what it is. I then had to cancel because I needed my items/clothes/everything to get settled into my new place and also start my new job so I couldn't wait 4-6 weeks for all of this. I THEN had to pay over $1500 more in installing a hitch on my own vehicle, renting a Uhaul, and doing it myself! I requested my deposit back because of all this and received a hard NO and I inquired what the $ was being used for since no services were performed for me to which I never received an answer and asked multiple times for my money back since I was even more out because I had to do it all myself. I have never experienced such terrible customer services, so many lies, and such selfishness. I would be ashamed to even know someone that works for this company, yet alone respect them. Awful humans, awful practice. Please don't put yourself through this. The whole reason I even went with them versus other companies was the selling point of it only taking 2-3 days, to find out that was false information the day before my scheduled move is astounding.
Please do NOT use relocation nation
Please spare yourself the indignation and the money loss and the heartache going with this company. They tell you one thing on the phone and then send you triple speak and you think it’s going to be the same as what you were told on the phone and it’s not! they steal your money and give you nothing. Thank you for the learning lesson.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This is NOT a moving company! It is a broker!!!
The estimate will be at least triple the actual moving cost!
This is a SCAM!!!!!
Borderline scam
For your own peace of mind, DONT USE THIS COMPANY
I wish I had read some of the reviews here before I paid them anything. THEY ARE JUST A THIN LINE AWAY FROM BEING SCAMMERS
Somebody should really do something about them.
Never experienced such bad customer service,we've had problems every step of the way, from pick up to delivery.
They forgot part of the bedframe and aren't taking responsibility.
OLIVIA was really rude and hung up on me after I asked if they will pick up what they forgot, and then Threatened me when i called back that they won't drop off our belongings
DO NOT USE delivery is over two weeks…
DO NOT USE delivery is over two weeks late, and they already notified us that they forgot things in our apartment which we have to be out of so the things we forgot and I’ve been thrown away by the complex
PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
Unfortunately, I decided to work with Relocation Nation Moving & Storage LLC to move across the country from Las Vegas to Houston. During the scheduling and collection of my initial deposit, I was completely lied to by Brandon Johnson. I was not informed that the company was a broker for other moving companies. Through the process I was assigned two different companies who did not abide by the terms and conditions of my initial contract with Relocation Nation. First, Brandon based my quote off of the wrong square footage even after I provided the inventory list of my item. Because of that the first company sent to me requested an additional payment of $1000 when they arrived for pick up (after arriving 4 hours after the scheduled time). The first company was Familiar Movers out of Las Vegas. When I tried to call Relocation Nation and Brandon to tell them what was going on I received NO ANSWER. After being bullied by the first company, they left without picking up my items. When I got a hold of Relocation Nation the next day, Brandon did not want to talk and I sent around the company to get rescheduled through the second company, Alpha Moving Services LLC. This company also sent someone who was 3-4 hours late. Once my items got back to their warehouse I was told that it could take 30 BUSINESS DAYS to deliver my items, even though I requested an immediate delivery. This company stated that I should've selected "Expedited Shipping" at the time of pick up and it would have cost an additional $3000. They continued to say they did not know when my items would be delivered because they did not have a driver or a crew. I told them I was willing to forfeit all the money I had paid (deposit to Relocation Nation and the pick up fee) to travel back and pick up my items to drive them across the country myself. Miraculously, I received a call from them over the weekend saying my items would depart the next day to be delivered within 3-5 days. That was a lie, my items left two days after I was notified and they do not know when they will be delivered. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY ITEMS!
Relocation nation is nothing more than…scams that’s what they specialize in
Relocation nation is nothing more than thieves they write contracts and when they ignore your phone calls for three days they keep your down payment for services and when you go back to review contract with attorneys your contract will not be in your computer take photos of contract like I did and get attorneys and please write reviews and hopefully stop these criminals there nothing but scamming people ,,,. There scam is adding cost after contract is done then it disappears off your with one push of button on their end contract is gone beware of this company they should be in jail write reviews everywhere you can help the next person from having same problem take photos of contract before its gone good luck
BEWARE!!
BEWARE!!! This company will tell you anything to get you to sign a contract with a deposit that is unreturnable after 48 hours. See you won’t know they lie about delivery dates until well after. I was foolish and believed the salesman. Do not use unless you do not care when your belongings are delivered.
Not a moving company, a criminal enterprise
This isn't a moving company. It's a criminal enterprise. They sent a moving company to my house who stole half our stuff and irreparably damaged the other half. That company is out of business and currently under criminal investigation. They made no effort to make things right and basically told us we were out of luck.
Scammers Who Will Steal Your Money
I entered my information on a website to get quotes from movers, and a company called Relocation Nation called me. After giving them details of my move, they provided a quote and since I was impressed with the price, I paid a deposit (which they claim is refundable).
I then found a multitude of online reviews detailing what a scam this company is, so I called the salesperson back and cancelled immediately. As of this point, they've forged a check in my name and withdrawn money from my account with no refund in sight even though I'm well within their 48-hour cancellation for a refund window. (Honestly, the refund is the least concerning part after forging a check).
They position themselves as a moving company and never reveal they're actually the broker who sells your move to a third party. Their policies tiptoe between legal and illegal and from the looks of the online reviews they've ripped off a lot of people for thousands of dollars.
SCAMMERS
A zero rating is appropriate. These scammers took my deposit, sold my move to McMovers, who have an F Rating...they jacked my price from $1759. to almost 4k. They've used burner phones with different names. Email addresses that were active prior to my stuff getting picked up but ate now disabled. One phone number comes up as HEALTHCARE SERVICES. The movers showed a day early, all 3 guys were Hispanic and didn't speak English. Rushed me, like they had to hurry off. They're trying to say their baseline is 610cf, if i only shipped one picture , it would bill for 610cf!! However, I was quoted 277cf. They're holding my stuff in storage "supposedly" and they now want me to pay storage fees and delivery charges. Oh did I mention how they helped themselves to my bank account,& took $832. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES. They are brokers, they sell your move to another company who YOU ARE NOT CONTRACTED WITH with F ratings and they WILL charge you at least double!!!!
They said there would not be any…
They said there would not be any changes to the price. I specifically confirmed it over and over. 5 days before the move they raised the price substantially. Watch out
Relocation Nation went the extra mile…
Relocation Nation really delivered for us. It was a complex multi-state move that required significant problem solving to find the right schedule and solution (2 trucks!).
Bradley worked tirelessly to find and then fine-tune the solution to protect several brand new and expensive pieces of furniture. During the move Bradley sent countless messages about what was going to happen next. He also made sure the moving team and the drivers were well coordinated. The moving teams on either end of the move were extraordinarily courteous, and very careful to avoid damaging the items moved and house structures, alike.
In the end, one item received damage during the move, as sometimes happens. Relocation Nation followed through to help me properly service the claim.
I would definitely hire them again for moves in the future.
A NIghtmare Move
Please, please DO NOT use this company. The first flag should have been being charged $300, approx 20% of the most cost, to pay our deposit by credit card. I now believe that this is because they know that at some point the customer will file a dispute with their credit card company. There was a parade of increased charges once they had the deposit. The nightmare truly began once they had our furniture - they frankly held it hostage, adding more costs, totally losing track of it, providing little to no communications, deflecting to their contracted mover (All Nations Moving) who in our case then subcontracted it to another company (United Moving - note, NOT United Van Lines) The United Moving dispatcher insisted that an 18 wheel truck could not come to Crescent City, CA where Home Depot and Walmart appear to get deliveries all the time. They said they would charge $550 to transfer it to a box truck, but when we disputed that, we were told they would just throw our load out in the street. Because at this point you just want your goods, you don't object to paying. When they finally arranged a delivery, after waiting all weekend for the delivery, a single person (guess they assumed we would help unload) showed up on Sunday night at 7PM with someone else's furniture. Luckily, we were allowed to look in the truck before sending the final charge via Zelle. A week and multiple unanswered calls later, our load was delivered at 7AM on the following Monday with the kind of damage you would expect from furniture and boxes being moved all over the place into multiple trucks. Who knows how, if at all, they will honor any damage claims. My next reviews are complaints to the Florida and CA AG's offices as well as the BBB. Thankfully we have a full paper trail of all our communications with them that includes more details that this review can accomodate.
They need to be upfront with the…
They need to be upfront with the price Scaming people out of money and then not disclosing all the information should be against the law. They should have there DOT licenses revoked from the any state
.consumers affairs BBB and DOT Should look into this company and how much money they have stolen from customer from not being upfront.they give you a good quote to get you in the door. Then once you done You have no choice. THEO, MELISAA CUSTOMER SERVIC MANAGR and ELI all are part of scaming people.
Will take you deposit and not refund upon cancellation
I paid this broker a deposit of $1,466 for a long distance move and after reading all the bad reviews cancelled the move within 24 hours. The Contracts states you can cancel within 48 hours and get your money back minus their "10% processing fees". After I cancelled the move they have ignored all my many requests for them to answer how and when my refund will be issued. I have received no response of any kind. The broker was completely rude and unprofessional about my cancellation.
Relocation Nation = SCAM
Brandon, their salesperson, will SCAM you. Here are the lies he and their small team told me. They will say anything to sell you. Then SCAM you. He should be fired. I know the promises he made, and their customer "care" department will just bully and scream at you. They claim they don't have recordings of the calls, I don't know about that. They don't care once they get your money and your signature, they continue this scam with everyone. See the other negative reviews on various sites.
SOME OF THEIR LIES:
1. I asked him to redo my inventory, and the contract still came in with cubic footage way below the quotes of other companies. I asked him to please fix the contract. He said, no worries, it is fine. As long as I don't have more than 40 boxes, all the items will fit. I don't need to worry. Just sign. - LIE, this is where they scam you. You get a call from Jessica the day before the move to inventory your items, and she says that cubic footage does not match. Well, of course it doesn't, I have the number from the other companies, and the number that I told Brandon to update on the second contract, but he insisted not to and it's fine. NOPE, they will persist that is what you signed for, so either pay up or leave the items behind. I'm talking $2,000 above what you signed for. This is a scam. By the way, Brandon will not answer your calls and texts anymore once you sign. Even though, he claimed that he will be your point of contact during the move, you don't need to worry, but actually you do. He is a broker, and a LIAR. He just says what he needs to sell you.
2. Your items will be picked up Monday at 8am. You will get a call on Sunday to confirm your items. - even when I asked if this was for sure or if there was a window, he said he had a truck coming for sure at 8am. Nope, I got the call on Monday and the truck came at 5pm on Tuesday.
3. Your items will arrive by Friday (within one week). They will be picked up and put last in a truck of items, and go straight to the destination. - Nope, I even asked, what if there was a delay (all to common with moving, what would be the latest delivery. He said Saturday. Nope, my items were picked up in an empty truck and taken to a storage warehouse four hours out of the way, and would be available to be delivered two weeks later than planned.
4. We will use plexiglass and separate all your items from others so they don't get mixed up. We will also number and tape up all your boxes and pack furniture nicely and assemble it for you upon arrival. - Every bit of this is lies. They did none of this. In fact, they LOST hundreds of dollars worth of items, and a number of my other items are damaged. The movers were so bad. They did not pay attention to anything fragile, they stacked boxes of books on fragile items and caused boxes to split down the side. They scratched up my walls and brought in a lot of dirt. My bed has moisture damage, assuming from their warehouse. The furniture they assembled has had the screws stripped, pieces cracked and broken. These people don't know how to handle the items. They really don't care. I don't know how I will disassemble and reassemble furniture now that they stripped so much of it. It has been more than a month since the move, and I'm still waiting on the insurance to respond even to the numerous photos of damage I sent them.
5. Their reviews are legitimate. - Look again, scroll back far enough and you see sometimes the same reviews posted again and again, sometimes with the same accounts or other accounts.
THIS IS A SCAM. STAY AWAY. Do not work with them or Easy Movers USA.
Oh by the way. They accidentally gave me someone else's box and someone else's TV. I noticed the TV and told the mover. He said "Keep it." He did not know who to give it to. The box? I held these items for more than a week because one mover said someone would come to get it. I asked the Easy Movers corporate team after more than a week, she said throw it away. No one had claimed it so far. I thought this was preposterous!
If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible. These reviews are real and do not use these people. Extremely expensive, horrible communication, nobody knows anything just lie to you to get you off the phone. The phone rings forever. It will be a week as of tomorrow and my stuff is still not here, nobody knows where it is, nobody can tell me where is it. Nobody knows where the drivers are. Do not use these people.
Jonathon in the sales department is a liar. RL is a broker!
The salesperson told verbal and by omission lies about what to expect for my move. First, did not disclose they were a broker and would not actually be doing my move. Told me delivery would be 2-4 days. Because its a 3rd party who actually picked up, they are taking my stuff to another location, UNLOADING IT, where it will sit waiting on a semi and will not be delivered for 14-21 days. While I understood I would be liable for damage to glass items, I was not informed it would be loaded/unloaded multiple time, thereby increasing the risk. They took an e-check for the initial payment, so I assume that would be fine for the other two payments, but the third party only took cash, MO or would WRITE DOWN ON A SHEET OF PAPER YOUR FULL CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, INCLUDING cvv. High risk for credit card fraud. At this point do not know where my belongings are, or when it will be delivered. Called Relocation Nation and told them to pull the call to hear the lies Jonathan told me, but have not heard back from them.
