Great tasting but lack of options. Customer service don’t return emails, products showing sold out for months so limited products to choose from. It’s a shame because the product is very good.

Avoid at all costs
I would advise anyone considering ordering from Relo to avoid them. As a company their customer service is some of the poorest I've ever experienced.
In terms of the meals themselves the high protein content is good and a few of them taste decent. However most of them are so low in calories that they can't really be described as a meal. They're more like a watery broth with meat in it.
Where they really let themselves down is customer service. I've had 4 orders from them and something has gone wrong with all of them. With the first 2, no attempt was made to deliver them. Instead they went to parcel shops miles away. As the delivery cost is quite high this is not ideal. I raised this with Relo but received no response.
The third order is where it really went wrong. They sent me different meals to what I'd ordered with no warning. When I raised this with them they told me this was standard although the emails they sent me were hard to read due to numerous spelling and grammatical errors. This isn't me nitpicking; it's really that bad.
Eventually they promised me they'd send me what I was missing which I thought was decent restitution. However this didn't happen and I had to chase them a couple of times. Eventually they got back to me and tried to back out of their original offer and just send me a fraction of the missing products instead.
The fourth order hasn't been better. There was a week's delay between charging and dispatching. It was only dispatched after I asked for it to be cancelled. It's arrived today and the meals are completely different to what has been ordered.
I've given up on them now and will never go near them again. I urge anyone reading this to do the same.

Quite tasty meals but more like a satchet of soup with pieces of meat in than a meal that wil satisfy you ,far to much liquid / sauce than actual solids for me I'm afraid, so wouldn't recommend and won't be purchasing again

Curry should be at least corma strength yours was below parr, almost afraid to try the rest,four meals, but cant waste them. brown rice was invisible, but take your word it was there

Nice and tasty quite filling and handy for camping or in the campervan .
Shelf life bit shorter than expected , orderd 20 most had 10 to 12 months but 3 portions had only 7 months on them

Little packs of joy!
Half way through a two week meal re-set and these are simply little packs of joy!
Quick to prepare and tasty.
I add sour cream, grated cheddar cheese and sprinkle of chilli powder to the Mexican meal.
Grated Parmesan to the pasta dishes.
I will be re-ordering soon

Poor quality food, Underhanded subscriptions
Poor quality food, gritty poor texture, all meals have the same consistencey and not much taste.
More importantly in relation to thier subscription orders BE AWARE there no notification of subscription coming out before it is too late to cancel and you can't return any items (even though the food will last 12months unopended) so as with the lack of response this seems another way to trap you in to making a second payment. Furthermore on their website there is no clear guidance on how to cancel. Another company using unethical practices to trap you in to spending more.
I have tried cancelling my order after the 2nd order email came through and it is now over a week with no reply
