One of the worst experiences. Don’t trust the beautiful photos of the product, you will receive something different. Be alerted.
Full refund never received!

1 star is honestly too much for this experience.

The photos on this website are taken from the original brand, Helsa, and are used to make this dress look like the same product. But it is NOT the same dress in terms of fabric and overall appearance.

The original Helsa Amala is made from jersey fabric, while the dress I received is made from a completely different material. The difference is obvious when you see the actual dress.

This is extremely misleading. If they had photographed the dress they actually manufacture and sell, the pictures would look completely different. Customers should be shown the REAL product they are going to receive, not photos of another brand’s original dress.

Very disappointed. I would not recommend buying from this website unless you are prepared for the possibility that what arrives may look completely different from what you saw online.

Problem with refund.
Endless back and forth nonsense emails.

I ordered a dress, but received a completely different outfit: a top and a skirt, made from different fabric and in a different color, with a very strange and poor quality design and stitching.
The items also have a strong, unpleasant smell.

The product I received does not match what was advertised on the website.

I had such a great experience with Relvoux. The dress was stunning. I got so many compliments.
It got delivered one day before the delivery time.

Absolutely terrible customer service and refund experience. I would NOT recommend this company.
I placed my order on August 4 and clearly told Relvoux that I needed it by August 27. They failed to meet the deadline, so I cancelled the order and refused the package when it was finally delivered. I NEVER received or had physical possession of the items.
From September 1 onward, I was left waiting for my money back. Despite the tracking clearly showing that the package had been refused and was being returned to the sender, Relvoux initially told me that I would receive a full refund once the package was returned.
Then they completely changed their position.
Instead of refunding my money, they offered me only 60% back + 40% as a gift card, or a 120% gift card. In other words, they wanted to keep my money and force me to shop with them again.
I spent roughly a month and a half without access to my money because of this company and had to waste a ridiculous amount of time emailing them and trying to get back money that was rightfully mine.
In the end, I had to escalate the matter to PayPal to get my refund. PayPal resolved the situation and my money was refunded.
The entire experience was stressful, time-consuming and completely unacceptable. A company should not make customers fight for a refund for an order they never even received.
Think twice before ordering from Relvoux. The products might look nice on the website, but in my experience, the customer service and refund process were extremely disappointing.
