2024 I cancelled the free trial to come to see they had taken 10 payments of 9.99 a week for 10 weeks without realising as I had significant family issues going on. Asked for a refund, they want a blood sample for them to give you the money back. Says they email with cancellation info, which THEY DO NOT.

2026 entitled to a free trial again, due to the previous issue I MADE SURE I clicked everything correctly as they make you second guess yourself. Well £80 payment later & over drawn. It was a skint month for me, and advised them of this. Their response, Was not our problem. @rseholes refused to reimburse me, via Apple and the app themselves. Closed all down complaint down and refused to allow
Me to escalate. Absolute w@nkers.

Hello. I was charged 39990 KZT for a subscription in your app Remini.
I did not intend to purchase it and did not use the service.
I already contacted Apple, but they denied my refund request.
I kindly ask you to review my case and issue a refund as a goodwill exception.Please return my money, this is a huge amount for me, my child is small, she is 11 years old, she bought a subscription without my consent.

first of all, the program just wasn’t all that great. I tested it out by scanning proximately seven photos, I was not impressed so I canceled. Remedy suggested I try the app longer and offered me one week or nine days (?) more for free. I declined that also but when the week trial was up, I was charged $9.99.

I got charged without asking for confirmation or notification!!!! And i already canceled my subscription.

Keep charging me after repeatedly cancelling subscription (and Remini confirming cancellation!) - The fact that it has a FAQ question "I keep getting charged after cancelling" should TELL you that Remini has a problem. DO NOT USE. - there are too many good (and honest) alternatives out there.

I only intended to purchase a one-time use for about $1, but Remini charged me for a full annual subscription that I never agreed to.

My 16 years old worked hard and saved some money for her summer expense. They decided to take all of her moved out worth £70 that she had no knowledge on f subscribing to their product. They have managed to access to her Apple Pay and help themselves.
How do they know that there is just that amount of money in her account? It’s very scary.
Bank has been informed of this fradulent activity. Hope she will be refunded.

Now there is no way to contact them. There is option in their website to refund but it won’t allow saying there is no refundable charge.

It’s a total scam and please do not visit thus site. Stay away.

It's just a scam. A year ago, the app gave me great results, but now they look like wax figures, artificial. Even with GPT, I got more realistic and similar results. Simply a damn scam.

Decided to give this a try. Picked a photo however it would not let me do anything until I paid for the trial. All I wanted to do was try it and if it was good I would have gladly paid for the Pro version. If companies like this allowed people to try one photo free without obligation I'm sure they would get a lot more business. As I said, trialling one photo would have led me to buy the Pro version if it did a good job on my photo.

The app works just as it should. Especially when you upscale the resolution, you can achieve some really amazing results.
The test period worked perfectly.
But due to a mistake on my part, the subscription continued — or rather, it was charged today.
I contacted support and asked if anything could be done, and sure enough, I got an immediate refund.
So I honestly have no idea what all the other reviewers are complaining about. I can’t relate to their experiences at all.

I don,t want to use the scam program, so I Don’t try to install. I had to close my accaunt because it’s impossible to get into contact with the scam compagni in order to unsubscribe .

Stealers, you get accidentally charged and they wouldn’t refund you. They wouldn’t even bother to read your submitted form and send an auto response. Avoid.

Complete scam- do not click on any links, it charges £40 per month subscription. Avoid at all costs

Charged my account without consent. Fraud.

It works sometimes-and sometimes not. Often I’ll try to use it and it’ll just shut off randomly. I’ve tried three times today-I open it, try to use it, and it just shuts down. The results are inconsistent as well-at times they look nice, and others the face looks a bit distorted. They also reduced the number of free ones per day from 5 to 3-and the ads for apps will often repeat over and over and then be hard to close
