Flawless experience from ordering to delivery. I ordered four scents from. Beaufort's collection and can affirm that they were genuine as I had the samples/Explorer set from Beaufort's website directly. Maybe slightly better atomisers can be set as a feature improvement.

Really happy with my experience, my order was dispatched same day and packaging was environmentally friendly which is a plus. Best pricing on Honour 43 I could find and Aris is very friendly and was able to help me. If the sample selection was bigger I would order more here, 10/10

I ordered three Zoologist fragrance…
I ordered three Zoologist fragrance samples that I’d been curious about for ages, and I was really pleased with the whole experience. The samples arrived safely in sturdy, good-quality atomisers, and everything was carefully packaged. I especially liked the recycled presentation, it was simple but thoughtful and made the order feel much more personal than buying from a large fragrance retailer. You can tell that real care goes into preparing each parcel. I’m already deciding which samples to try next and will definitely be ordering from remiScent again.

Great samples and a great niche selection. Some of them weren’t to my taste *cough* excretions magnifique but that was my own doing. Can’t fault the service at all. The samples were carefully packaged and I would purchase again.

Hi Manuel,
Your 2ml King Cobra sample was ordered on 6 July and promptly dispatched the following day. Royal Mail attempted delivery on 11 July, but nobody was available; delivery timing and parcel handling after dispatch are unfortunately outside our control.
You later told us that the perfume was beautiful, but that you found it expensive and its longevity disappointing. Those are valid personal impressions of Zoologist King Cobra, but they do not reflect the authenticity or quality of the sample we supplied, or the care taken by our team.
Trustpilot feedback reflects remiScent’s service, while fragrance opinions can be shared on the product page. We therefore feel that “Low quality” does not fairly represent what happened and hope you will reconsider your rating.

Remiscent continues to impress. The products are carefully and beautifully packed with a heartfelt message and so much love out into it. The products are genuine and really good. They have some rare samples I couldn't find anywhere else at a great price. Definitely recommend

One of the very few shops where i could find samples of a certain perfume
The packaging was done with care and very environmentally friendly, recycled box and shredded newspaper.
Quick delivery as well.
Very pleased with it. Will likely order from here again once i come back to the UK.
