Would recommend for small businesses
The experience was a little challenging in the beginning. However their team was very responsive to my emails and provided my monthly financials in a timely manner. We also communicated via Team meetings to ensure we were in agreement with postings.

Remote Books online helped me do my bookkeeping for my small business. Remote Books online has great customer support, and customer focus. They make sure their customers are satisfied.
In my case they help me quickly catch up with all my past transactions and help me to understand various categories and why the transaction is categorized so. Also the accountant is always available to answer any question you have via Phone or Email. I am really pleased with their service.

Being proactive and reconciling all data ahead of tax deadlines
There were a few hiccups in the first few weeks of onboarding, but since then the team has been on their top game. Chris (sales account manager), Kalyan(customer success) and Nagesh(book-keeper) have been great to work with. They now handle books for two of my companies.

Stellar work at a fraction of the price
If there was a 10 star option, I would give Remote Books 10 stars. I had over 2 years of back-books for my business, a very high volume, multi-transaction, multi-account business that has several journal entries. It kept me up at night and gave me anxiety. The prices for quotes I received to get my books clean and up to date were astronomical and unaffordable.
I found Remote Books through a recommendation and decided to give them a chance.
The Team did an extraordinary job with my books at a fraction of the cost. They were thorough, communicative, meticulous and pleasant.
This experience has empowered me to take a proactive approach to my books and made me less intimidated. I now have the peace of mind to know my books are in great professional hands, at a reasonable price, and I can focus on what I do best, running and growing my creative business!
I know they sound too good to be true, but trust me there is a reason why they have earned such a stellar reputation. Do not hesitate to work with them you will have peace of mind and your business and your bank account will thank you!
