Very poor software and worse support. You cannot use the native resolution of you monitor unless you use scroll bars or best fit option which makes everything blurry. By far the worst fault. No us... Voir plus

RemotePC works great. The price is very reasonable for what the software is capable of. I got it on sale at roughly 20% off but for individual use (single pc license) I feel it is still worth the normal price. The remote desktop viewer and agent seem to work better than using just the web viewer for me (faster response).
I only use it occasionally if I am away from home and so I can't give a true review on using it for hours on end but I'd recommend it if you need remote pc abilities functionality for occasional use like I have used it. I would expect it to work perfectly well for higher use but can't give an honest review on that since I haven't done that.
I've used the remote desktop feature and file transfer. Both have worked perfectly and quick (file transfers).
Only very minor con is that it doesn't seem to remember my login info (wants to use my local PC login) even if I select remember me. No big deal at all to me.
Great product!
Due to staff having to self Isolate we needed remote access software to enable them to work from home. Our IT company suggested RemotePC. I found it simple to get registered, download and install the software. Having multi-factor authentication gave us some assurance of security and also each separate computer has its own personal pin for access. A great bonus for us was not having to purchase a fixed IP address for our router as RemotePC bypasses this. We got up and running very quickly and users can also use their local printers. I would recommend RemotePC as a simple, cost effective solution enabling remote access for home workers.
Remote PC is AMAZING!
For years we have been held hostage by TeamViewer and their super high prices. TeamViewer is not a good product and fails often. It was very stressful for our team. We are a small company of 4-5 employees.
Remote PC has fixed all the issues we had with remote connectivity and works FLAWLESSLY for a fraction of the price! This is the best deal on connection software available and it works perfectly! Thank you SO much for solving a pain point for my company!! We are HUGE fans of this service!!
When I had a major issue with my computer, RemtePC worked great and allowed a trusted tech to come in and fix my computer. True life saver.
I switched to RemotePC after using AnyDesk and TeamViewer. So far, I am very happy with RemotePC. I am glad that I made the switch and should have done it sooner!
I was using the "free" version of Teamviewer, but found that it did not meet my needs, first because it was missing features like remote printing, and then stopped working after a while. I started searching for an alternative, and found RemotePC. I trusted the company, because I have already been an Idrive user for several years. I have an office but also work from home, and have a need to login to either computer while away.
I found that RemotePC meets my needs, is easy to use, and is very reasonably priced. A great value for the money!
I was having trouble with TeamViewer so my IT guy suggested trying Remotepc. I've used it a few times already, and it's fast and efficient. I am happy I made the change.
We just started using RemotePC and love it! I am able to remote into different offices from home as if I am in that office. I highly recommend.
I have long been trying to find an easy to use remote program to enable me to connect from my laptop to my desktop computer. I think it is an excellent product
I don't know why I didn't do this sooner. I work from a computer all the time and it's a total pain to not be at MY computer where I have everything. Remote PC made it so easy to set-up and access and now I can use "my home computer" from my laptop or my office.
So far so good with remote PC. The price is certainly right compared to others out there and the install process was easy. Hope it continues to work good.
Having used (and continuing to use) other iDrive products, it was worth investigating RemotePC for the support of a small number of friends & family. The format, functionality and tooling is intuitive and works well.
Servizio a basso costo ma praticamente a bassissima qualità. Non riconosce i pc collegati senza alcun motivo e va rieseguita la configurazione, blocchi continui nonostante la buona connessioni e mancato riconoscimento tastiere remote su alcuni portali e/o software.

RemotePC (owned by iDrive) support is non existstent. No matter you are a paid customer. Chat function support can’t solve anything. And emails are not answered. Seems like HQ is based in a country like India and don’t hire support employees.

Poor. CPU usage kept randomly going up to 100% for no reason - discovered it was Remote PC.
Uninstalled and killed my account - only to find that it still has some parts installed that are causing my machine to have a kernel panic. Useless.

Useless support.
Stutters and generally slow compared to others
After installing the software, it quickly became apparent that it would not work for my needs (you need to install the software on the PC you will be remoting to; knowing the IP info of the PC is not enough).
I made a refund request a week ago which has been ignored.

I signed up for the trial, and it would not work on my MacBook. I am looking for an alternative for my company as we are moving from LogMeIn, which is so expensive. However, not once have I been able to achieve a successful remote connection. A sales executive contacts me to offer help, but doesn't do anything to help. The help support people take days to respond to emails and don't read the emails correct (for example, they responded to ask to create a remote session and to let them know a time, I said after 10am on the 3rd, they sent me a link to login BEFORE 10am on the 3rd. I respond to state I already said I can't do before 10am, and again waiting for a reply). Now closing the account. I cannot recommend this service, the customer care and speed of response is appalling and I cannot even rate the software because I can't use it! So many other options out there for something to be this much hard work.
