He seemed very knowledgeable , and courteous..
The only down side was that he had and Indian accent.
Through no fault of his own I was scammed by a group of Indians from India earlier this year,
I am looking forward to the once a month check ins for my payment.

The tech support called me as requested the next day to assist with my questions about updating drivers. It turns out that our building internet is having problems, and our connection was lost multiple times. The tech and I agreed that I would alert our building IT about the issue, and try to get the connection problem resolved. Then if I still needed help, I would contact iolo Tech Support again. The technician was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions.

I needed urgent assistance downloading a software for a law school exam and Josh the technician successfully helped despite several software and system roadblocks! He literally saved the day! Thanks Josh!

The gentleman that helped me, Roderick, was very kind & patient with me (I'm 80yrs) He removed the junk that was clogging my notebook. I also recommend the AntiSpyWare program, it has been the BEST & EASIEST PROGRAM TO RUN. Thank You.

Michael was very helpful, he was also very knowledgeable about the Whole process of installing and removing the parts and downloads that were causing the slowness of both of my computers. FinALLY REACHED A TECH WHO WAS ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS. hE WAS FAST AND SPOKE CLEARLY
i DO NOT SPEAK TAGALOG. THE TECHS WHO DO OFTEN SPEAK ENGLISH VERY RAPIDLY WHICH MAKES IT HARD TO UNDERSTAND. tHEY ALSO HAVE STANDARD LINES THAT THEY THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO SAY WHICH SLOW DOWN NORMAL INTERACTIVE COMMUNICATION. aDDITIONALLY WHEN A CLIENT IS CALLING AND NEEDS A PROBLEM SOLVED A LONG ADVERT ABOUT A SPECIAL DEAL YOU ARE OFFERING IS NOT WELCOME. FIND ANOTHER WAY TO ADVERTIZE. NOT IN THIS VENUE. IT IS DISTRACTING ANDANNOYING.
