Engineer was very polite and tidy, excellent job done in the loft and cleaned up and explained everything he done, completely satisfied with the company and the service we have received.

My loft insulation experience!
The tradesperson arrived on time. Due to lack of a partner, it took him a while to get going.
Once he sorted his initial glitch, with his equipment he was able to proceed, taking necessary precautions in regards to himself and my property.
He completed the Job by 2pm. I was happy with his work.

Will be recommending to everyone! Such an easy process from start to finish. The engineer came out and was extremely informative about the whole process and the insulation.The install team were brilliant and left everything tidy as well. I cannot fault a single thing and my house already feels warmer!

BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT AND WARRANTY OFFERED THOUGH RGH
Don’t trust this company, if your buying a home you are unlikely to get a mortgage as reputable lenders wont lent to a company or home where spray foam is installed. We paid £5K for installation in November 2022 but had to have it removed in March 2023 another £5K when selling the house after the new buyers were refused a mortgage when a surveyor refused the mortgage despite the salesman’s advice and his 25 year warranty. I was not made aware by the salesman Brian Bowen, the company area manager Abdul or the supplier of the fact that mortgage companies or lenders refuse on this basis.
Renewable green homes do not honor warranty and you are unlikely to get any sympathy, they are poor listening to complaints.

We are sorry to hear you feel this way. In regards to the points highlighted in the review these are all inaccurate.
A few things I would like to highlight...
> We offered to help assist however was not given the opportunity
> We asked for documentation and reason for refusals so we can resolve the matter however you refused to send anything
> We have helped Many customers successfully acquire mortgages with not one complaint until now.
> New guidelines have also been released as of the 24/03/23 resolving any further issues with mortgages as long as the company is accredited and follows all protocols and procedures which we have always done.
I would like to reiterate to potential customers of ourselves that there is not an issue with the mortgage if all the correct documentation is provided and this would not have been an issue for if they had allowed us to assist them.

Fast freindly service very professional manner and leave every thing nice and clean. had loft insulation fitted and wow! Does exactly what i was told it would do who wouldn't be happy with using less gas and being warm. That impressed with it my mother my boss and his family have had it done. With the cost of living continuing to rise thia really is a massive massive help thank u so much RGH you really have made a difference

Excellent service, I was called by a lovely girl who explained the service and booked for a engineer to come out and see me. The engineer was extremely patient explaining the process and subsidies that were available. As for the installation it was so quick and professional I hardly knew they were there! I would thoroughly recommend them to everyone (and have done). Thanks again!

Amazing worth every penny!
Just had foam loft insulation from RGH, am it's worth it. House feels alot warmer so will be turning the heating down and saving money. Everything from start to finish was extremely professional 👌

Excellent company
Excellent company. Had loft insulated by RGH. From the engineer who assessed the loft to the installer's all were polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The job was done with minimal fuss, and was done very well.
Excellent insulation and they cleared up behind themselves. Best home improvement we could ask for.

Friendly, efficient and tidy.
Very friendly, polite installers, explained clearly what they would do and roughly how long it would take. Showed me photos of the loft after the work had been done because I couldn’t access the loft to see the work myself. Also tidied up really well after themselves and explained the billing and guarantee procedure.
